They still haven't changed, Their d/m Juan Sepulvida, seems to not take customer concerns as part of his job description. The cooks cant read English. Simple orders are never correct, and when you try to complain, they treat you as if you are attempting to scam them. Its NOT my fault they cant read English. McDonalds, being an AMERICAN company, needs to enforce that Americans are not alienated when they staff a restaurant. They try to avoid taking credit cards, saying their machine is broke, yet when someone says they will call corporate, their credit card machine all of a sudden works. Its a holy miracle. I am glad to witness it.

All sarcasm aside, this place is bad news, and the District Manager (Juan Sepulvida) seems to think its running fine.

I called 3 times this week and conveniently he is at a conference, and can't return a customers calls. Back when I was in the food-service industry, I always made time for my customers.

Its time to cut these lazy managers and employees and bring back the "PRO" In "PROFESSIONALISM"

Last Saturday I went in, Ordered a double quarter pounder, and it was on a tray that was cracked in 1/2, with an errant piece of dead meat sitting on my try ( part of the burger that wasn't in the container, and just fell onto the tray) When I got to my burger, there was something on top of the bun, that looked like snot. I went back to the counter and returned it. They made another one, and on the SAME cracked tray, with the dead piece of flesh NEVER REMOVED from the tray. It was put on the tray, and the guy just pointed to me to go get the try, like I was his slave or someone not good enough to be handed the tray after THEIR quality issue, and a quick, " Hey I'm sorry, I hope everything is alright now. "

I also went back YESTERDAY. Placed my simple order, and guess what, IT HAD CHEESE!!!

Juan didn't know there was a double hamburger key, until I told him about it, and I guess they didn't use it this time. I wonder if I was overcharged???

They can screw up the simplest of orders, and do so in AMAZING frequency!!!

The store manager had a couple weeks ago asked me to check my order( in a rude way) right at the counter. I politely replied, "You are the manager, its YOUR job to check and make sure its right when you hand it to me! "  She looked at me with a priceless look of " I don't know what my job really is, I'm just here for the paycheck" ( or it was Que? yo no complrende Ingles)
