We bought a 2020 Subaru Outback as soon as it came into the dealership. We also bought the Gold + bumper to bumper warranty, because we were told it covered everything from bumper to bumper. Apparently not. I ran over something laying in the road and popped a tire. I did not expect the tires to be warranted, so I called McCurley for an estimate. Was given the estimate and told them i needed to confirm with my husband. I called back 10 minutes later to order the tires and was told that I had to speak to the same person who quoted me the tires, who was now out to lunch. Left my name and number, seven months later and I am still waiting for them to call me back. Now, my windshield cracked from the inside in a freak happening. I googled why and found out Subaru had windshield issues in the past. I called the dealership, and after ten days of waiting for a return call, i finally got it. Was told to bring the car in they would cover the cost under warranty. Once i got there, I was told that it was not a warranty issue and it was also not covered under the Gold+ bumper to bumper warranty. But for $1400, they would replace it for me. I told the service manager that their service sucked, and he said "I know, nothing I can do about it." Well, I can, I can give my business elsewhere.

I drive all over the country so I requested a complete inspection of my break system and engine because I hadnt taken it to a Subaru dealer. It's a NY car and so I KNOW the rust is there. They charged me 900 and said it was all good. I got to California and it needed a lot of work. I'm sure there are more issues but as a female, Im sure I'll just keep getting charged for nothing.

Waste of my time !! We ordered a new Subaru on January 5th, and were told it should arrive around the end of March or first of April. We heard nothing - no update, no check-in, nothing. I finally called them mid-April to find out the status of my car. First off, the girl answering the phone was pretty rude, my salesperson was not in so I asked to speak to a manager, a message was taken and I was called back later that day. The sales manager said my file showed my car could not be ordered !!! There was no explaination as to why I was not called and told this. They then tried to upsell on what they had on hand or what was due in soon, but every car was over $10K more than what I ordered. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my deposit. Then I was told there was no receipt of my deposit in my file, so I had to send them my copy so I could be refunded! I called another dealership (in Oregon) and had my car within a month, actually a bit less then at McCurley, and was treated with professionalism and kindness. The salesperson called me every week to update me on the delivery and make sure I had not questions. We will never go back to any McCurley dealerships, they treated us like they couldn't care less about our business.

I went this past Dec 8th to the dealership to get a leaking tire replaced for one of my 2021 crosstreks.. Brian the service manager went above and beyond service, he was extremely helpful, super friendly, just how some of the staff have been in the past years and with the level of care we are used to receiving from the team at McCurley!

509-412-7100Nov 27, 2021Previous reviewI booked an appointment online for one of our brand new Subaru's that we got this summer but apparently for some sodding weird reason it didn't go thru even tho I got an email confirmation of the appointment. My wife showed up 10 min before her appointment and the service team explained the situation and they helped her with it, even tho they were extremely busy they got the car in and did an express oil change, etc (you don't need to make an appointment for that)...The reason for the appointment was to check on a tire that had been losing pressure, I would've taken the car to a tire shop to get it fixed but since we bought the tire and wheel warranty on it I was like fuck no we gotta use our warranty and get what we paid for.
My wife took the day off, drove about 54 mins to come to it and do other things on her agenda, I mean you make appointments for a reason, you plan your day and your day is run by that... I called integrity, left a voicemail and the service manager called me about 9:40, he was quite helpful and tried to explain the situation, provided options to have my wife come back that day to get the problem taken care of but due to my wife's other appointments she couldn't go back, Brian helped me set up an appointment for Friday at 9:30 to get the tire checked... (it was 9:30 when the service department told her it was ready) when she got the paperwork, there was a note saying they couldn't do the tire rotation due to an old patch on the tire and they didn't get to check the tire due to the time limits...This morning when I got in I was telling the service team about the tire, showed them the paperwork they gave us, I told them it was a brand new car bought here, it's first service and since the tech said they were old why not put brand new tires on the brand new car I bought.

Bought my car at a different dealership. But they've always been great and handling the services and any small things I need taken care of. The only suggestion is if you take your car in and you're in a rush skip the wash it takes the longest.

These guys were great. We had an engine failure out on the flats along the Columbia River, several miles away, and ended up needing a tow to Richland, 1-1/2 hrs away. This was not home, so we might have been stranded. McCurley set us up with a loaner, same model as our. And since it took a while to get the part, we had the loaner for a couple of weeks. They were great! And the work was completed under warranty and the car is running fine again. Thanks!

Not the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Salesman would get super frustrated whenever he offered us a deal and we'd say we'd have to think about it - we are college students buying a car and this is a major decision, so we are entitled to as much time to think about the decision as we decide, and we are aware of the potentiality of a specific car being bought if we are taking too long to think about it.
Becka, saleswoman, took over and was genuine and really wanted to get us in to something we would love and be able to afford. Extremely helpful, super relatable, and even sat in my car with me for 45 minutes after I signed papers to call starlink to help figure out an issue for me. 5 stars for her. I highly recommend anyone who has their vehicle serviced here, spot check the work that is supposedly done. Two services ago apparently my oil drain plug was over tightened... I say this because my most recent service I pulled the dip stick to find my oil as black as my diesels oil... frustrated I decided since I am beyond my warranty period I would change it myself. Plug was so tight I had to bed a set of vice grips and use an 18" cheater bar to break it free... makes me wonder if they started a change and washed their hands of it topped it off and changed the filter.
Something as simple as an oil change and issues were found... while I was under I found the valve cover gasket has been seeping... thanks for the supposed inspection conducted 3k miles ago at my $900 60k service... silly me for shelling out, who knows if the tranny and diff fluids were really flushed...

I wanted to leave an update! We just rolled over 70k miles and the Forester was shifting funny. (Weird since it was just flushed). Pulled the transmission stick to find two issues. One NON Subaru HP transmission fluid was used- (fluid was clear and not red)
Two lucky me the transmission was OVERFILLED. Drained and filled 3 cycles elsewhere to remove non Subaru approved fluid. Car shifts as it should again.
I hope others read this. I appreciate the customer service "reach-out" however, I cannot wrap my head around these mistakes. These are issues I would expect to find at a jiffy lube/quick lube, not Subaru certified mechanics.
