After printing on Maui for 12 years, a better solution needed to be found; one with a lower overhead cost of printing, staffing, warehousing, shipping, and keeping up with a rapidly advancing technical field (environmentally friendly, 2-4 day turarounds, recycled stocks, UV coatings, etc).
Maui Print Shop found the affordable, quicker, and far superior quality solution to Maui's printing dilemma, and our clientele is now nationwide.
Meet the Business Owner: Mark D.
Mark came to Maui in 1997 to start Maui Time Magazine; a bi-weekly publication that was sorely needed on the Valley Isle. After selling his half of the newspaper, the print shop niche was the next logical step.
Partnering with one of California's largest and well-respected Trade-only Printing Companies resulted in a win-win situation for Maui businesses who require a great product at a great price. After researching the competition, it became more and more evident that a higher quality (thicker and glossier), better looking (full color, double sided, full bleed (to the edge) and faster (2-4 day turnaround to ship) solution needed to be found for island businesses to survive and grow.
