We used them roundtrip OC to LAX & back. 3 adults and 2 children. They provided a nice/clean high backed booster for our 5 year old. They're customer service is top notch! We had a passenger van to fit my husband's huge bike box & our luggage. The vans were clean, new & comfortable. The drivers were dressed in suits and very professional, on time and attentive. I booked over the phone but the prices are the same as http://limos.com. The prices included gratuity.

Great place, they picked me up from the airport in a gorgeous Mercedes, and had cold water ready for me (Lord knows I wasn't gonna pay $2 for bottled water on the plane). It was a relatively short drive to where I was going, but they had free WiFi too!

I just want to let people know that this company is really unprofessional, with the exception of one employee, Christal, who tried to come to my defense. It is challenging to get a confirmation. They take an incredibly long time to return messages. They say one thing and do the other. I have dealt with many services before and this one is highly unprofessional.
