Rude Employees and Shady Business - DO NOT GO HERE
Having troubles with my Battery for my Volkswagen I decided to call ahead and take it to Master Auto Tech where Bob informed me that my battery was dead. Only owning it for a few years and it being a 75 month battery Bob went ahead and sold me a new battery, assuring me that when the proper mechanic came in the next day he would let me know how much of a rebate I should receive. The next day I was surprised to find my old battery supposedly was perfectly fine after all, and that due to this I would receive no discount on the 130.00 dollar battery I purchased the day before. After much debate, Bob eventually allowed me to return the battery, pick up my old one, and only be charged 25.00 dollars. When I arrived the next day to receive my battery back Bob refused to switch them out, making me sit in the parking lot of his shop and replace the battery myself. While this was occurring he continued to stress how much of an inconvenience this was for him and that he would never do service "like this" again. Still having issues with my Volkswagen, I later took it to another local mechanic only to find out that my car was in perfect working order except for a bad battery.
Needless to say, I am completely appalled with the service I received from Bob Taylor and Master Auto Tech. I was misled into buying a battery I did not need and then forced to pay for the inconvenience I bestowed upon him for wanting my old one back. After this experience I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to take their vehicle here.

Bob Taylor owner, and technician has over 30 years of experiance and has recieved many endorsments and is ASE certified and is a member of the ASA. He specializes in Mercedes, BMW, Lexus and all other European and Asian vehicles.
Meet the Business Owner: Bob T.
Bob has been servicing and repairing European and Asian imports since 1978. Training for Mercedes-Benz and BMW started with Benz schools: Diesel engines and Injection and BMW Overhaul in 1980 and 1981 respectively. MB Comfort and Convenience and Advanced Service Training through 2006 bringing Bob's training credits to more than 300 credit hours of MBUSA training.
Most recently Bob completed training for the latest systems introduced by BMW to the US market.
