WOW! A doctor that actually has patience!  He is primarily my allergy doctor as I suffer from EXTREMELY bad hay fever. I had an allergy test done and the scale used is 1-4, 4 being the worst. Let's just say on my evaluation sheet, it said 4++++++++++. As much as I hate needles, I receive allergy shots twice a week. My allergies are so bad that the over-the-counter meds don't work anymore. I think my body built an immunity to them. =(

My coworker recommended him to me as he had the same problems. He has been getting the shots for ~9 months. This has been noted as the WORST allergy season in the Bay Area thus far, and when it hit back in March, he had ZERO allergies. Hopefully these will work for me in the long term.

Keep in mind Dr. Mahmoudi works in the Los Altos office, Tues/Fri. He also works in Los Gatos the other days of the week. Dr. Mahmoudi is extremely nice, helpful, and easy going. He knows that you want to just come in, get shots, and get out, so he works with your schedule and is pretty lax if you need to show up earlier/later than scheduled. He is also an internal med doctor. In addition, he is extremely thorough and is happy to answer any questions you have. Plus, he is also a bit of a foodie. + 10000 points for that. Sometimes I end up staying a bit after my shots because we start talking about food/restaurants! Highly recommended.
