UPDATE:  I want to know who found this review USEFUL????  FUNNY, yes.  COOL, maybe. But, USEFUL?  Not too many folks! I want to meet the guy (or gal) who finds this useful (he can't be for real!) and who can afford to buy a MASERATI!

DISCLAIMER: Right off the bat let me say that I DO NOT own a Maserati, nor a Ferrari. I have never set foot in this dealership.  

The only knowledge I have of this dealership is that I know where it is. I pass it regularly, very regularly.  Most of the time it is because it is on the route that I need to take to get someplace else.

Having disclaimed any real knowledge, now let me tell you what I do know. These cars are about the next best thing to heaven.  I am a sports car lover. I have been drooling over a Jaguar XKE since I was 16 . . .pale yellow, convertible. They take a lot of work.

I drive by this particular Maserati dealership because it is on my normal route to get hardware, gasoline & coffee. I drive by knowing that someday I will turn in and one of these beautiful sports cars will be mine. I drive by every once in a while just so "SPYDIE" knows that I am still thinking and dreaming of him.

A friend once asked me if I liked Maseratis because they have a fast engine. Well, let me tell you, I'VE NEVER BEEN MUCH IMPRESSED WITH WHAT A GUY HAS UNDER HIS HOOD . . . it's much more how he uses what he's got. Doesn't need to break speed records or beat the other cars. Far MORE IMPORTANT that the guy (er, car) KNOWS WHAT IT IS DOING. Slow is fine with me. I like a STRONG ENGINE that is going to get me to where I am going and ISN'T GOING TO KONK OUT ON ME HALF WAY AROUND THE NEXT BEND. It needs to know where it is going and wants to share the ride with a passenger. The answer is "NO" I don't need to go fast, just reliably. My SPYDIE is reliable. Doesn't mean he can't go fast. HE JUST CHOOSES NOT TO . . . he'd rather snuggle and laugh at the others whizzing on by. HE KNOWS WHAT HE HAS UNDER HIS HOOD AND DOESN'T NEED TO FLAUNT IT!

I believe that you should "do what you love and the money will follow."  Well I LOVE SPORTS CARS . . .all sports cars . . . so I figure someday my black GRANSPORT SPYDER will follow me home  . . . they are very smart cars . . . I'm sure it can find its way home.

I do not know whether the sales folks in there are down home nice & friendly, or high & mighty. I do know that it isn't that big a dealership. I'm guessing you don't need to sell too many Maseratis to make a good living. I do not even know what a Spyder costs. IF YOU HAVE TO ASK, YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT!  

I do know that someday I will go inside and leave my wonderful little HONDA in their backyard and drive home in a black GRANSPORT SPYDER . . . . . . . . . . if only in my dreams!

Oh, yeah . . . . . they sell FERRARIS too!
