Rude female young blonde worker. Multiple weird and awkward moments with them while checking out. Other than that, very clean store. Lots of selection.

This Marshall's I have been coming here for years and have had zero problems. I usually by jeans and sweatshirts here and the prices can't be beat!

My wife also shops here for makeup and clothes as well and she loves it here.

I'm standing here in the middle of the store waiting for her to finish up so I thought I would write a little review and post some photos.

Overall store cleanliness made me give this a four stars instead of a five!

This is the greatest Marshall's I've ever been in! They have high quality, up-to-date merchandise and the employees have been very friendly and helpful. I've been in many Marshall's locations in CA and one other here in WA - this is by far the best.

The selection of leather boots and booties were fabulous! The same goes for their active wear and work clothing sections - I got some really great deals on things I needed.

I purchased 1 pair of Lucky Jeans, 3 pairs of Via Spiga ballet flat socks, 1 pair of New Balance running shoes, 1 pair of very cute (Airosoles) black booties, 1 pair of yoga/workout pants and a long sleeved workout shirt all for less than $165!!! I could have gotten a lot more and cannot wait to go back!

Your store is just ok. Your racks were pretty empty this last month of summer clothing. Please get some jeans in the your store that are NOT the skinny style....please ! I do like the prices on your clearance suit cases. Your shoe department does not have a very good choices. Open some dressing rooms. Wipe them down. You wipe down the baskets! Come on now.....or I will quit shopping with you all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who doesn't love Marshall's?!!! Well my kids hate it....: yup they sure do they say I spend toooo much time looking at everything and I always seem to walk out with somethings. Really can you blame me?!! Lol... the store itself is pretty neat I've been to a few where it looks like a tornado went right through it. But this one store isn't half bad alittle on the small side but still alot of good savings. All I can recommend is be careful cause you could actually walk out of here with the whole store hehe..

This is the only department store in Bonney Lake that carries designer brands other than Fred Meyer and they have a bigger variety of labels. My favorite are the home goods and the salon quality hair products and cosmetics. I don't understand the bad customer service reviews and complaints about it being dirty. I've always felt they were clean and organized which is hard to achieve considering the type of store it is and the employees are always pleasant.

I adore Marshalls. I pop in 2 or 3 times a week to see what new "surprises" I can find. An added plus is the lighting in the dressing rooms! No kidding, makes you look great. 10 years younger. Marketing ploy? Who cares?! LOL!

I shop at all of the TJX stores and this one is my absolute favorite. They have the best selection of makeup and skincare. In general I always seem to find the best items at the BL Marshall's.

Today I went to Marshall's to do a single return & to get a few more things. When I went to checkout, there was a small mishap with the return. Liz was the cashier doing my return & checking me out. I want to compliment Liz for how well she handled it all. She was so apologetic for things she couldn't control, and handled the whole situation very well. Liz has checked me out multiple times, and each time chatting with her is such a pleasure. She is an asset to the BL Marshall's team, and I am very thankful for her as a frequent customer. Liz is amazing!!!

Probably my favorite place to shop locally for clothes without having to go to the mall. Cute decor, awesome prices for qualility items.
