Marsh Cottage calls itself "a bed with a view", and that is an apt description. This small cottage in Inverness is a perfect getaway for two people. It's right on the marsh of Tomales Bay, and you can snuggle up on the chairs on the porch and watch the sunset over the Marsh.
We have been here several times in the past few years, and find it to be a well-kept, reasonably priced, little piece of paradise.
Just a note that, like most places in the Inverness area, it's right next to the main highway going out to Pt. Reyes. It never has been a big problem, but it's a bit surprising the first time you go there. The highway quiets at night though.
Meet the Business Owner: Wendy S.
Wendy and her husband have lived at the property adjacent to Marsh Cottage since 1983. Wendy manages the cottage, and is an artist known for her West Marin landscapes.
