My family owns a time share here as well as in Hilton Head, South Carolina (Grand Ocean- the best, most relaxing place in the world!  Definately check it out).  Everything about a Marriott timeshare is great.  The spacious, clean villas with kitchen, living and dining room, washer and dryer, master bedroom and up to two guest bedrooms is like having a mini vacation house in whatever city you wish to visit!

Ocean Pointe is a newer property.  It was a hot commodity and timeshares sold out pretty quickly.  You can stay there and pay a nightly rate if you do not own a timeshare but you probably would not get a "room with a view" as they say becasue the better views are reserved for owners.  But on an off season or just because you could get lucky!  

The immediate area of the hotel is a bit dull but you are close by to all that Palm Beach has to offer.  Definately check out Worth Avenue, City Place, and other hotels such as the Breakers.

Make sure to grab some pizza hut from the "Marketplace" by the pool.  The Pizza Hut's in Marriott Timeshares are better than plain Pizza Hut locations!
