As far as I'm concerned, hospitality is the name of the game in the hotel business. Asst Gen Mgr (Kenan Tekin) at the Marriott Residence Inn drove over to my office building & picked me up today (in his own car) when the hotel shuttle was busy - that is SUPER GREAT service. Loved the Mustang convertible! Thanks, Kenan - you are the best!
