My review below stands. GREAT business hotel! This time they even helped me make copies and send a fax. Bouncing on the beds was fun... great beds.
My updates are that they no longer have the rib-eye with mushroom bacon hash. So, that will have to go down in my memory as the idealized steak. But, the sweet potato fries were great.
AND... Christopher was an AWESOME server and bartender (Sunday, Monday, and Thursday). He even did a few cool bartender tricks to entertained us, made us some amazing new signature drinks
- a Bloody Geisha (like a bloody Mary, but with a Delicious Asian spin); and
- a Pace Punch (Pace is pronounced Pach-ay, and means Peace in Italian) - Delicious, fruity
He even warded off the older man flirting with me, and let my friends and I take over the bar watching the Dodgers vs Phillies game 1. What do you expect from a Dodger fan in Fort Collins during play offs? So fun!
