I am really impressed with this place. Given Columbus, Georgia is not a huge town this is a really nice hotel. They have a beautiful lobby with Houlihan's downstairs for food and drinks. The rooms are nicely done though the lighting could be a little brighter. I think they are going for the softer light which is charming but makes it hard to get moving in the morning as you feel you should lounge more!
I look to be staying at this place for the next 2 months for work so I hope not to lose this warm, fuzzy feeling.
I too am living here for about six more weeks. I like the rooms a lot, the beds are reeeeaaalllllllyyyyyyyy comfy. The staff here is very pleasant, and the decor overall is cool. It's an old mill from what I understand, which is neat. The lighting is a bit dim, which can make putting on make up a bit of a challenge when half asleep! I'll be back here a lot, hoping to check out the gym and all that fun stuff some time soon.
