Excellent. I would highly recommend Mark's Expert Auto for repairs and maintenance on Volkswagens.

Mark has always treated me like family. From my first car (honda civic) to my recent brake job on my infiniti. Mark has been great. Very welcoming and honest about the work. Nice job!
Specialties
We believe in preventive maintenance care to protect your safety and investment, however things can still go wrong with mechanical objects.
So along with all the maintenance we can perform, we also diagnose and repair defective, inoperative vehicles.
Turn the key and nothing happens? We fix that!
We can help with creaky, clunky issues as well as failed emission tests, check engine lights, pulling or loose steering.
Just call or drop by to make an appointment or see if we have space for immediate work.
You don't have to be a "car person" - just describe whats going on with your vehicle- sounds, smells, sensations, when, where, etc and we'll help figure it out and get it back to normal for you.
History
Established in 1991
We are a family business. After working in the professional repair field from 1984 to 1991 a layoff helped make the opportunity to manage our own business. I was managing a shop for its owner before this so I had experience in customer relations. In order to build business and collect equipment I worked from a home garage in Boulevard Park for five years. We then moved the business to a street corner in Seatac. We were there eight years and business grew. We saw an opportunity in 2004 to purchase a building in Burien where we are now. The future is bright as we strive to keep pace with modern technology and treating people above their expectations when possible.

Theres a lot of auto shops out there. If I didn't know a place to take my vehicle I do know this: Would I want to go to just "any place" or a place where the owner is a well educated, conscientious perfectionist who gets little sleep at night because he's busy obsessing about his business? Hmmm I think I know that guy. He lives in my head!
