If I could give Negative stars I would! I need to warn people about this salon, and have been for a few years now. I mostly kept it to myself until 2 friends of mine, all of us with very different hair and very easy color, cut and style requests had our requests completely ignored by three different stylists all on separate occasions.
I can only speak for myself but I can paint a picture fairly well for ya. About 2 years ago I came in wanting to add some low-lights (had no idea at the time that this is what I wanted, but I was not advised at the time and later found out from a reputable hair stylist). I had dirty blonde hair and a few lighter blonde highlights and wanted to take it about 2 shades darker. I also later found out that an all over color of my natural shade would have resulted in the desired color. I took in a picture of Gisel (you know the Victoria Secret Model). She had medium blonde hair with a few highlights with long waves. When I got up from the wash sink I had dark auburn almost black hair and my jaw dropped. I could not believe it. My hair was literally the 2nd darkest option in the boxed hair color isle in the drug store. I know this because I have been having to color my roots for two years now so that the blonde grow out doesn't show. I have since adjusted to the dark and made it work for me but I in no way requested or was prepared for the color I ended up with. Had the stylist been reputable or known what she was doing she would have advised me on what going dark from blonde would entail... but the problem is I am almost 100% positive she did it by accident otherwise she was just clueless. Please do not go to this salon as it might be too big of a risk if you care about your hair.
