I admit I am biased--I am a comedienne and I perform occassionally at Pitta's show.  I am a Pitta-phile.  Bahahahahaha!!! Get it?

You know what they say--ain't no party like a Mill Valley party! I love the crowds, the wine, the comedians who perform there...you never know who's going to show up.  Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, me.  This is one of my favorite venues for comedy in the Bay Area and if you haven't been there yet, put it on your list of things to do.

Pay $15 at the door and get ready to gamble...I sometimes leave there with a stomach ache from laughing so much and other nights I need to wash away the grimace with a big ol' glass of four dollar Rodney Strong wine, which they sell in several varieties at the tiny concession stand at intermission.  There are most always cute, bright and funny people to flirt with in the lobby and it is conducive to conversation, intimate space that it is.  Mark Pitta is a kind, gentle and witty host, a perfect MC for this mixed bag of comedians, famous and amateur, from all over the Bay Area and the all-ages nature babies that make up this mostly Mill Valleyian audience.
