It's been five years, but I will never forget what happened here. They forgot to put the lugnuts on the rear tire of my Grand Cherokee after installation. Needless to say, I got two blocks down El Camino Real, and the tire fell off!! They did have the decency to apologize and towed my car from down the road.

I blame the management for that one. If the manager is the same guy from way way back, do not get your tires here!

I first went to Mark Morris Tires several years ago because they were nearby.  They helped me choose tires for the uses I had in mind.  I chose to purchase the Firestone lifetime alignment which, if I recall correctly, pays for itself after 2 1/2 alignments (or maybe it was 1 1/2).  At the time, it didn't matter since I was racing that particular vehicle; I knew I'd be back for enough alignments to make it worthwhile.  I could come in before a race to adjust the wheel alignment and back in after for road use.  As I recall, there were other local racers using Mark Morris, too.

They've generally treated me well.  Since I have a great mechanic for everything else, I never use them for anything but tires so can't offer advice there.  But, they do offer full service (at least oil change, fluid checks, etc.), I believe, and may be worth considering if you want to have all your work done at the same place.

There was one time in which I had to wait for several hours; I think it had to do with locating the particular tire I wanted.  They gave me discounts that I could use in the next year.  Even with that mishap, I still go back for my tires each time.
