This was an alternative restaurant to La Amapola in Maywood if we wanted our seafood fix. La Amapola is awesome, but there is no seafood. Here at Mariscos Tampico there is plenty of fish in the sea!
The oysters in their half shells or the the Jumbo shrimp cocktails are the most tantalizing of them all.
Now if you prefer not to eat fish then a few blocks down the street is La
Amapola.
During are high school years this was a place chow down!
