Review from Pat F.
Came here on a friend's suggestion and boy was I glad I did! You have to order their Molcajete entree which costs $16.50 and is a hot sizzling stone bowl containing fish, octopus, nopal, green onions & chiles, shrimp, carne asada, cheese, and guacamole!!! It's large enough for two people to share! The beans & rice were also delicious!!!

Pretty good spot they have here.
I really liked that instead of the usual salsa most places give with their chips this place gives you a bowl of ceviche! It was 4 of us so they gave us 2 bowls! The chips themselves are deep fried but the special thing is that they appear to have some sort of seasoning salt that makes them even more yummy!
I ordered the shrimp in garlic sauce. It came with about 25-30 decent sized shrimps, rice, beans and a salad. All for about $12! Now thats bang for your buck! All of it was delicious! I have no complaints about that.
The service was pretty good and quick as well. -

I have been to this restaurant numerous times and personally I really like it. Mariscos are one of my favorite types of food and every time I go to a new city I make it a priority to try them out and this one is the best so far. What I will say it's a hit and miss, if it is packed the cooks won't take their time and make the food right. What I personally recommend are the camarones ahogados they are the best I have tasted and I've tried them at a lot of different places. This place is also better than La Costa.

This place was next to our hotel in a decidedly hispanic neighborhood. I read the 2 reviews and took the plunge. Wow, except for having to know some Spanish, the food was outstanding. I echo the ceviche salsa instead of the standard red salsa for the chips. I had the fried (not deep fried) red snapper topped with shrimp in garlic sauce and it was great. The fish is whole (head, eyes and all) but for the squeamish Anglo, don't let this deter you. Go and enjoy.

They took ceviche off the table, now it's just traditional salsa. Stuffed shrimp are still amazing.
