Wow Kira - your review is completely shocking to me! I got my wedding dress from Marchele's and it was beautiful and beautifully priced as well! They have been a local favorite in town for 30 years. I just went gown shopping with my friend yesterday and was sad because I thought Marchele's closed - but we found them in the Reno Town Mall and my friend was thrilled!

They are so super friendly and helpful. The dresses were as beautiful as always, and still decently priced (comparable to the prices at David's - but much better quality). Plus - they treat you like family because they are local. Not like the corporate, Target-feeling chain of David's Bridal.

I have known literally tons of gals who have shopped at Marchele's throughout the years, and they have always been happy with the results.

Great experience! From start to finish their attention to detail and the needs of my daughter were Amazing! The dress is beautiful! The alterations were perfect! She looks like a princess! This is not just a Bridal Boutique. This is an experience, by appointment only, and there's a reason for that they cater to the bride and take take such good care to her special needs and desires for her special day. The videos they sent us were amazing and the actual location is fantastic. You would never guess from looking at the outside. What is inside! It's like walking into something you've never seen before. Thank you so much.

Michelle is very good at what she does. After looking at photos of dresses I liked, she found the dress within minutes. I was so happy with the style, her alterations, and the quality. It was just beautiful. Michelle helped me through every step of the way. She is very nice and talented. Highly recommend.

I needed to rent a tuxedo on very short notice. Marchele's was able to get it done over night. Michelle was super helpful and friendly both in ordering and in quickly getting ithe tux fitted during puck up. I absolutely recommend this localy owned business!

I purchased my wedding dress here and they had to take it in so we waited until they called when it was ready and never got the call. Went in with my receipt two months later and they said they sold it. I was devastated. Was never able to find that dress again.

Tried to not travel to find my bridesmaids dresses. I called and the dress I wanted needed to be ordered for my girls to try them on. I called several times to check the status of the order. She said it still wasn't there after 3 months. She told me she would call me the next day after calling the company again. She never did. This was the manager of the store. I still have not gotten a call from her. I have since had to travel but all my girls have gotten their dresses. It seems so weird to me that someone who wants business does not actually conduct the business. Unfortunately, I would not recommend. I am so grateful I didn't get my wedding dress here.

Mona is the best!!! She is absolutely everything you want and need when deciding what dress for your big day. She made me feel so beautiful and gave me time to shop dresses. She's was fun with my bride tribe and just overall such a wonderful experience. They have beautiful dresses in all styles and Mona knew what additions to add to the dress to make it special. They also had prom dresses too. This place might not have all the glitz and glam that other places have but it does have heart and they actually care. I would take that over all the fake fluff any day!!

I had a fantastic experience here. It was 2 weeks before my wedding and the dress I bought out of state came to me altered wrong. I called Marchele's and they got right to work on my dress. Not only were the problems fixed, but my dress looked better than before! They also opened the back and added more lace (The proof is in the photo!) During my fittings at my previous alterations place the dress just didn't fit right, but after going to Marchele's it felt like MY dress. I will forever recommend them! If you want to feel like a beautiful bride, please bring your business here! They will go above and beyond to make you look and feel your best!

I procrastinated in finding the perfect dress for my destination wedding. We shopped around a little in Reno and I was feeling disappointed. I began to wonder if finding a dress in time was even realistic. We came into Marchele's and just wow! They made me feel so welcome, I wasn't pressured and they respected my budget. Mona jumped right in, gave suggestions and she was absolutely right. I was very timid, nervous and uneasy at first. By the end we laughed, I felt beautiful and confident and got the perfect dress at an amazing price.

My wedding on Sept 27 2020 was absolutely amazing! All of my guests commented on my gown and thought it was the most beautiful dress that they had ever seen! I cannot thank them enough for helping me find my dress and getting it altered to match who I am!!!

Mona is amazing!! Talk about Customer service. She helped my friend put her dream dress together so I brought my other friend in to try on dresses and she wowed us again! She is just so accommodating I wish there were more Mona's in this world. Other dress shops in town have a way of making the brides feel worse then they went in with. Wether it's the size or dress style every bride has the right to feel sexy and beautiful. Marchele's is thee place I would recommend over and over!
