We met Marcel and Meher through our caterer. Their pictures immediately grabbed us and we thought: "we have to book these guys"

We did our due diligence - we interviewed several other photographers and kept coming back to wanting Marcel and Meher.

We were not disappointed. From the initial interview to the day of the wedding - they were responsive and professional. They were also FUN! They also delived exactly as they promised - they turned our photos around in 6 weeks! We are THRILLED with the photos - they are truly amazing.

One thing we did not do that I recommend - get your engagement shoot done by your photographer - we had to honor a family member who really wanted to do our engagement shoot. I regret not also booking Marcel and Meher. It gives the photographer a way to learn your best side and develop rapport for the big event.

Another thing I really liked: They were the only photographer that we interviewed that said "tell us what you want and lets see if we can make that happen" - they customized a package to fit our desire. I found it really difficult to decide what package we would want with other photographers as none of them was exactly what we envisioned.

The last thing I want to say - we found many of the wedding photographers catered to the 20 something crowd - goofy cheezed up shots where everyone is posing. Marcel and Meher definitely pose you to some degree - but it is classy and elegant and evokes the mood of your wedding. Not some weird romp across the grass like you are playing dodgeball with your wedding party. (seriously I saw this at GG park - and the bride tripped in the mud pre-wedding! It was a hysterical disaster that should have been avoided. but I digress)

Marcel and Meher are truly artists who create a photographic journal of your day from start to finish. If I have any other photographic needs - I will not hesitate to contact Marcel and Meher.

That's how many stars I'd give them if I could.

My fiancee and I just completed our engagement shoot with them and we are looking forward to our wedding day with them.  Marcel and Meher are a wonderful husband and wife combination that complement each other really well.  Their studio is located in San Francisco near Fillmore and Bush.  However, we shot the engagement shoot up in Santa Rosa near their residence.  

We had beautiful weather but what was more important was how comfortable and welcoming they made us feel.  We felt like we were just hanging out with some friends who offered to shoot some pictures for us.  On top of their hospitality, they showed unbridaled professionalism as well.  Both Marcel and Meher have a flair for creativity and are willing to try some new things out if you are.  

We definitely took a bunch of interesting shots but they all came out well.  We simply had a really fun time with them ultimately, we know that we're going to be in good hands come the day of the wedding.  If you're looking for an awesome wedding photographer in the Bay Area, look no further!!!

Marcel and Meher are seasoned vets in this line of work and know the ins and outs of San Francisco.
