You will never get any responses if you email and if you call the person is never available. the food is not very good and the nursing director is a disaster. I'm looking for another place for my mom

Stay far away from this one. A zero isn't possible so they get a "1"; reluctantly. We experienced the following during one year of service provided to our elderly parents: the theft of their personal belongings, lying by the staff, one staff member saying one thing and another saying another thing as there are never any straight answers, inconsistent returning of calls, trouble following basic requests, lack of proving basic included hygiene, constant issues regarding incorrect charges EVERY MONTH. The list goes on and on.
