I've been coming to this place since it was Raleigh's. It's a good spot to grab a pint when in the area.

I tend to avoid any days when Cal is playing football because of the crowd. Many times on Friday I have enjoyed a good mix of music blasting from their iPod.

Service is decent, food is overpriced and not very flavorful, but the ambiance is what brings me back. Smelly old hippies, idiot hipsters, and feminazis abound.

I've completed the Tap Club challenge by drinking each and every beer they have on tap(43 in fact). It was a lot of fun but not really worth it. After chugging my final brew(Racer 5) on the bar with a buddy, we were disappointed to find out that they ran out of T-Shirts. I don't really want the shirt but it's the principle, they should have let us know before we downed our last beer. Oh well.

A few of the keg lines are dirty and need to be cleaned. Buttered popcorn is never a good flavor of beer.

If you want to have a quick brew-ski with your buddies then this place is worth the stop.

Our default place wasn't Kip's or Bear's Lairs...it was Raleigh's.  haha is it called Manny's Tap Room still?

The burgers are pretty good. We used to get the shrimp quesadilla all the time, however, i heard that they stopped using pita bread.  My default order was the garden salad (I would come here when I didn't have any cash on me for Intermezzo).

    Beer garden was nice

Overall the place isn't super awesome to the point where it's better than any other berkeley bar, but a good place to grab and beer and hang out...good memories = )

Wandering down Telegraph Ave with a wee half-Lab in tow, the belly started a-grumblin'. One look at the the trust iPhone app, and we beelined it for Manny's amped by the promise of a dog-friendly patio.

In its previous incarnation, Raleigh's, the onion rings were reason enough to warrant a visit. Turns out, nothing physical differed from Raleigh's than the name. Same good brews, subtly carnival themed patio, and scruffy Cal patrons. Jerky door guy? Yep. Nice but negligent service? Check.

The eats were abysmal: sorry excuse for chili, tasteless eggplant sandwich, a veggie basket consisting only of button mushrooms and sliced jalapenos. Manny's get your kitchen together!

    PROs:
+Great selection of beers on tap.
+Pub food is pub food, and they do alright pub food.
    +BEER GARDEN.
    +Fabulous waitstaff.

    CONs:
-The difference in quality of service amongst the bartenders (not the waitstaff, they're all fantastic) is not unlike the temperature swings on Venus.

Stopped by here since I sniffed the beer a block away after I walked out of Rasputins.

    Many beers on tap!!!

    Pitchers $12 dollars
After 5pm everyday there is a selected beer that the picthers are only $11
    The pints are only $4.

They have Wyders Pear Cider and Guiness, so ask for a Black Velvet or some call it Snake Bite.  Trust me its great!!! You will also enjoy the way the Guiness floats on the Cider.

Also, the sandwiches are a really good size so you can split it especially if  you order the side of fries.

Its good prices our total was only $34 and some odd ass change!!

We had a Philly Cheesesteak that was beyond hella good!!!

The Chili Cheese Fries are great and they do not skimp on the cheese!!!

We had one pitcher of Anchor and a couple of pints, oh ya and my girl loved that they have Modelo Especial on tap and serve it in a gold rim glass just like in Mexico.

A couple years back, a friend of mine was in town to interview for a teaching job at UC Berkeley.  Not having seen her in two or three years, I jumped at the chance to meet her in Berkeley on a weeknight, even though I had work early the next morning.  When I met her at her hotel, she asked me to show her a laid-back place where we could catch up but that was also popular with locals but not too noisy.

At the time, I had worked seasonally at Berkeley a couple semesters, but I felt like an idiot because I still didn't know the town much.  I wanted to take her to the Albatross, but I didn't know where it was, and she wanted to walk down Telegraph anyway.  I pretended I knew exactly what I was doing and suggested Manny's as we walked up to it.

    Good guess on my part.

It fit all three of her criteria--although I don't know whether semi-drunk juniors on a Tuesday night conformed with her definition of "locals."  Still, we struck up a conversation with an undergrad who was reading a sociology textbook at the bar (my friend was applying for a sociology-prof job); and this girl's boyfriend, who was one of the juniors getting drunk in the main seating area, knew the bartender, so we got hooked up with free drinks.

My friend and I caught up, and I think somewhere in my room I still have the napkin on which she drew a map of New York State to illustrate to me where Binghamton is.

My friend ended up taking a job at Duquesne in Pittsburgh, much to my I-already-have-too-many-friends-who-live-thousands -of-miles-away chagrin. Still, I have fond memories of this place, and I've been a couple of times since. It's always kind of chill, but every time I've come, it's been a non-Thursday weeknight.

We were in Berkley walking around and I was craving a beer and in a nice outdoor but quiet setting and I remembered this place from a couple years back when we met up with some friends.

We walked in got our menu's and walked straight back to the outdoor beer gardens....................I love the scenery outside it was full of color from the flowers and enough shade from the trees if you were blind folded and guided in here you would never know you were in the heart of Berkley non the less just a walk away from Cal.

I was craving beer and a great meal and I got it here. I usually stick with the beers I know but today I chose a beer from a local brewery Black Diamond in Walnut Creek, Ca it was the Blond Ale and it was just what I wanted. I ordered the Blue Cheese and Pecan Flatbread! It was heavenly what it is, is a Flatbread on a place with salad mixed with pears, chunks of blue cheese creamy blue cheese dressing and sweet pecans woohoo it was great! It hit the spot and paired perfectly with my beer!

I'd like to visit here with my husband one night without the kid and meet up with some friends and get a bit buzzed I think we would have a great time!!

I like this place! I like how it's on Telegraph but not rowdy. People are nice and friendly (as they should be!) and the place is clean. :) Sit outside when you can during the day time hours.

This is a great place to chill with friends! French fries are crispy and tasty. Mirror Pond = disgusting (it's fragrant...ugh). Sierra Nevada = smooth.

Manny's is located in a pretty convenient place on Telegraph. I would say its a pretty "safe" pub. The prices are good, their selection is pretty average, and the service is chill.

All in all, compared with its counterparts in the area, its a fairly average place to go. The food here is limited and not really worth ordering in my opinion. If you want food with your beer, try visiting Blakes or Jupiters. Otherwise, if you just want a place to chill, drink beer, and hang out but can't be bothered to walk down to Shattuck (Becketts) or drive (Albatross/Red Rock) , Manny's is a "safe" decision.

Formerly known as Raleighs, this bar is a definite favorite local joint of mine. I usually come for the beer, though the food isnt bad either. They have 43 beers on tap, and the prices are cheap! I want to say somewhere around $2.50 for domestic and $3.50 for import but dont quote me. And they aren't happy hour prices either! All the time!

I've tried the Tap Room reuben, and the pastrami, both which are solid meals, both in taste and quantity, but nothing to die for. It's a great hang out bar for your casual night out compared to the other local bars, but it can get pretty crowded. They use to have a dance floor which I think they got rid of, and they were doing oyster shooters a while back when I went, which was a cool thing to do if you're into that.

Even on busy nights, you can always manage to find a corner or table somewhere in there as they do have a larger outside area in the back.  They also have big screens all over, which is a big plus if you're trying to do the double date with friends and sports.

This place is awesome for drink after work or school!! My homegirl and I ended up here after our failed attempt to go to a happy hour that had calamari on the menu. We walked up and down telegraph and frantically searched yelp on our phones, before I finally suggested that we check out the bar that we passed up multiple times.

It turned out to be a great place for some beer and some grub!!! We went out into the Beer Garden and it was packed with UC Berkeley students and locals. It was a really cute set up, with gnomes everywhere.. We had a good time drunkenly pretending we were in a scene from the Lord of the Rings.. lol! There was a taco bar going as well that night (Friday). They had a really good selection of beers on tap, and they offer a Kill the Keg deal where each night a particular beer on tap is only $11 a pitcher. The menu had everything from burgers to Udon noodle soup.. very Berkeley! :]

A pitcher of most beers they had on tap is$12!! We got a pitcher of Moose Drool.. mmmmMmm!! an order of Calamari and Chicken Nachos. The beer was sooooooooooooooo goooooooooooooood! I have found my new favorite beer! The calamari was crunchy and piping hot. It came with a dipping sauce that reminded me of the spread at In & Out but less relish-y. The nachos weren't as good as the greasy ones you would find at the taco stands in so cal, but it was good none the less! It was a huge plate of probably store bought chips smothered with cheese.. NOT canned nacho cheese yay!! i hate that orange stuff! The salsa was fresh and so was the guac mmmmmm.. the guacamole was soooo gooooood, i even dipped the calamari in it! lol!

We also ordered sojutinis. The hurricane one is the best! It had lots of muddled fruits at the bottom.. really refreshing and only $4.25 for a pint! All in all we spent around $40.. really good considering we left drunk and full!  I'm definitely going to come back here!! Bring a sweater if you go after nightfall, it gets pretty chilly outside!

Our server was very hospitable and the door man and bartenders were also really nice. They take credit and validate parking!! I'm definitely coming back here!!

This place used to be called Raleigh's apparently. We ordered a few sandwiches and a burger here with drinks for a little under $40 (split among four people). That's one of the best pub deals I've had in awhile. The portion sizes are quite generous too so if you're looking for a good hearty meal, definitely check out this neat pub right near the university. There's also a nice back patio so if it's nice outside, this would definitely be a good place to enjoy a beer, your meal or both. I like pubs in general but this one is definitely pretty high on the scale.

Oh yeah, I forgot to state that the drinks are more expensive before dinner than they are after. I guess happy hour is the only time when it's cheap during the week, at least that's what I'm assuming.

Manny's Tap Room is such a fun place to go on those hot summer nights. I especially liked sitting in the patio area and went with a few co-workers. We feasted on the delicious nachos and a few of us ordered burgers and I had a salad with the poppy seed dressing. I made a special request for Cafe Mattina's yummy bread, which was delicious. They have new wedge fries, which were crunchy on the outside and nice and chewy potato goodness on the inside. Service was great and I loved the new shirt uniforms. We also had the seven layer brownie (to die for) and the homemade chocolate cake. I heard rumors about homemade cheesecake!!!

They also have a ton, I mean, a TON of beers on tap.

The entrance to Narnia is located on Telegraph.  Not the dirtiest part of Telegraph, but it's difficult to discern which part is the most dirty using a vague term such as "dirty."  Is it college student who doesn't shower dirty?  Or is it laced-out hippie dirty?

From the front, I could not tell that there was a BEAUTIFUL back patio.  I grew up around here, and since I went to college back east, I don't know anything about any of the watering holes around here.  I've had to figure this out slowly.  Back to the patio.

There was a gorgeous setup outside beyond the bar.  The flowers were the exact shade of fuschia as the rising sun as it breaks through the horizon and shakes off the night.  There was a fountain that spewed some slightly clean water.  And there was plenty of shade.

The food was ok.  I got the ceasar salad with tapenada which was such a bad idea.  The dressing was overdone, not fresh and without any lemony ZING that makes my taste buds dance with excitement.  It was a hot hot day and cool crisp salad sounded like such a good idea but I did not receive the imaginary salad.  And the tapenada: what is this?  Why is it sweet?  Why does it taste like jam mixed with BBQ sauce and ketchup?

BF got the flank steak flatbread.  Completely not what we expected.  It was a flatbread lining the plate.  On top of afore mentioned flatbread was a heaping pile of salad tossed in ranch dressing.  On top of creamy salad was a little pile of grilled steak, part of which tumbled on to the table as the server set it down.  (He brought us out another serving of the steak which was very generous and much appreciated since the dish was rather sucking chubbies).

BF's mom got the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings.  She enjoyed that very much.

I have learned my lesson, though I will prolly not easily remember and live by this lesson.  When in a pub, order pub food.  Salads and pubs do not always mix.  The fry-o-later is the most reliable cooking method known to man.  I will forgo my diet when I'm in a pub and get the fried foods.  Fried, fried, fried, fried.

Beer and wine only, no gimlets.  Though they have this cool "margerita" drink made with agave wine.  And soju cocktails.

Lots of kids in here too.

The plan was to meet  at Raleigh's at 9p for some beers.

While walking down Telegraph, everything was the same--students, storefronts, and a bum obstructing my path with his arms wide open asking "can i get a hug?" But when I looked up, there wasnt a big rooster sign for Raleighs. Instead, the bare bar protruded out of the building signless. The glass now reads "Manny's Tap Room."

    What.

But upon entry, everything was the same minus the long table game that use to lie along the wall near the bathroom. Didnt take notice to the food menu, but their beer menu GREEWWWW. Loved that they categorized each beer by type.

The group liked lighter beers so we got the only blonde that's brewed in Fremont, Ca. Came out nice and cold, was delicious but I was really thirsty.

Service was good, our waitress was verryyy nice and had a great general attitude. Maybe she had a few swig of beers herself. The place wasnt crowded at all on a Saturday night--we easily found space. Great place to catch up with people over beers.

Thank you Manny's for the thoughtful message, letting me know that yes, Wyder's pear is now back on tap.  I have also been meaning to write an update because I was recently at Manny's on a game day, and my friends and I were astounded by the excellent service.  I'm sad to say, that I never had such great service at Raleigh's on an empty, quiet night, let alone a game day.

Our waiter came over more times that I can count to check if everything was ok, if we needed more food, or more glasses with our fresh pitcher.  Keep up the good work Manny's.  You're winning us over.  (Even the married couple who met at Raleigh's).

Had the club sandwich with fries here last night.  The bread was the same as you would get on the side when you ordered a salad at Cafe Intermezzo next door.  Although, I haven't been to Cafe Intermezzo for awhile now and it had a different name.  Looks like they still do the salad thing.

    I digress!

I also had a pint of Green Flash IPA and Arrogant Bastard.  They had plenty of great beers on tap to choose from.  It would be nice to dine on a day with good weather and sit out on the back patio.  If the weather was stormy, by the fire is a nice spot.

Wow, I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet.  Been going here since it was Raleigh's and to me, it will always be Raleigh's.

Positives: Shuffleboard, Bacon cheeseburgers, Steak Flatbread
Negatives: Dirty restroom, Runs out of Important Beers sometimes

Used to come here with ex #1 about once a week-two weeks.  The guy at the door recognizes us.  He actually said to each of us (as we arrived separately), "Oh, haven't seen you in a while."  To which I mumbled something about an initiative to eat healthy, and to be fair, I did order the steak flatbread instead of the burger...but we were back within a week this time.

Draws a good crowd.  Good place to chill.  Not even going to compare it Kips (frat guy herpes) or Blake's (deluge of high school-looking students).  Can get loud on game nights and those party nights, but it's not too bad.

    Beer hovers around $4/pint.

God I miss Raleigh's.  It sucked just a bit less.

Not everything here is bad.  I like that they have Arrogant Bastard and Black Butte regularly.  It's also pretty nice that they're close enough to campus for impromptu celebrations of successful talks, papers, and qualifying exams.  The food isn't even too bad.  I mean, it's not great, but half of their Reuben and a bowl of their chicken noodle soup (w/ udon) is edible if not cute.  These are the highlights--all of them.

The funny thing about Manny's is that it all goes to shit from exactly the moment you enter the door, literally.  Every guy who ever mans that door is a serious asshole.  It has become a running joke in my circles.  Their disinterested scowls and grunts, coupled with hitting your hand to signal that they need to stamp the other hand or the other side will only make you wonder how evolution forgot these select few.  The servers are forgetful and painfully slow.  There are a couple of servers and a bartender who are pretty good at their jobs and quite nice, but they're just a single oasis in the Sahara.

You will wait 40 minutes to get food that you never ordered--on a good night.

Raleigh's has a great atmosphere and an incredible selection of rare and delicious beers on tap.  Up until the change in management and subsequent increase in pitcher prices, this was the place to be on a low key Friday or Saturday night.

The music is great, though it's often played too loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation without yelling.  Though this place originally had two pool tables, it now only has a shuffle board table which tends to be claimed by one group for what seems like hours.  There's plenty of TVs located around the bar, so watching sports is always an option.  Dice and playing cards are also available, but I hardly enjoy playing Kings Cup with a King, four and seven stuck together with a healthy coat of New Castle.  The bathrooms experience long lines late in the night and look like places where you might find a crackhead.  Good spots to sit are often hard to find when they get busy and the temperature in the room tends to fluctuate from warm to hot.

Service for bar food is on and off and the same goes for drinks.  Friendly bartenders for the most part.  As for the drinks, prepare to shell out some money.  Apparently their "tactic" (suggested by a bartender majoring in economics) was to capitalize on the bar's popularity by raising prices on drinks.  This sent my friends and me packing for greener grass.  Great success!  I'm just wondering if they realize their audience is in college.  However, Chuck, the bouncer, is awesome, but just don't get on his bad side.

I recommend trying everything on tap (fill out the card), but I've definitely grown fond of Great White.

Okay. Let's be honest...this is still Raleigh's. So if you liked/hated the place before you will feel the same way.

What I do like though, is that they are always able to accommodate a big party when I'm with one. Never have they let me down.

I don't like that they scan my I.D., but I do like the security of knowing my firend and I won't run into one of her students who may have a good fake I.D.

I also love their happy hour time...late night...10p - 1a? Something like that. $3.50 beers...which might sounds expensive if you're drinking PBR, but is a bargain and a half if you're drinking Racer 5 or Black Butte Porter. But just incase you DO love the PBR, they lower that price for happy hour too...that way you get a deal too.

    No drinker left behind!

    The pluses:

    Classic college joint.
Good location three blocks from the Cal Campus.
A varied menu with all the classic pub grub and also lighter fare.
    Excellent selection of beers.

    The minuses:

Unfriendly, untidy guy at the front door who grunted at me when I walked in.

Poor wine selection. I realize this is a college joint but there could have been a couple of premium varietals available.

Poor, inattentive service. I sat at the bar and it took me over ten minutes to be served by the woman behind the bar. She wasn't even that busy. While I was waiting she spent quite a bit of time talking to a patron who was obviously a good friend of hers. And I had to flag her down any time I wanted something.

Fair food. I am only basing this on my order, which was Southwest Chicken Flatbread. It was grilled chicken, black beans and a salad served on top of a flat bread. The chicken was overdone and smothered with a standard barbecue sauce. And the flatbread was chewy.

There are plenty of choices in the Berkeley campus area. I won't be heading back to Manny's Tap Room any time soon.

Oh, it was LOVELY having my hand stamped before I could enter this joint on a Saturday evening. No, really, getting carded is freakin' sweet. I'm not sure I'd be a fan of this place during the "school year", and I'm kind of a bastard, I'm sure, because I'm not a fan of being verbally accosted by panhandlers on my way out, but the review wouldn't be complete without this reality check. Location does have bearing on a restaurant's clientele and reputation.

That aside, Holy $3 pints on tap, Batman! This is AWESOME. Not to mention the gargantuan portions of food, at good enough quality for me to consider returning any time after I have run 6 or more miles in a day. (There's really no excuse for that kind of gluttony otherwise!)
I thoroughly enjoyed 1/2 of a Shrimp Po'Boy (couldn't finish it) some tasty fries that I "cajun-ified" after tasting the seasoning on my brother's portion, and also partook in some of the spicy chicken wings, which are delectable and unusual in their combination of sweet and tangy barbeque sauce, and the heat of a buffalo style wing.
Had a couple pints, would totally go back for more. Wish they had this place closer to my home location, I'd MUCH rather be walking home. ;)

Same great boozing atmosphere as before if not better!  On the surface, nothing has really changed from what Raleigh's used to be: Decor is the same, many booths and tables to sit at, awesome patio in the back, food is more or less the same, shuffleboard relocated, pretty cheap prices for food and booze.

Only improvement that I've seen is a much larger selection of beers to choose from.  With that in mind, I think it explains the larger college crowds that frequent this place on weekends.  Sometimes, be prepared for an overcrowded bar scene (e.g. taking more than a couple of mins to shove your way through the stagnant flow of people to get to the bar or to the booths in the back.  Suggestion to Manny, might want to remodel the entrance area so that it's not so congested in the main walkway.

Wtf...Manny's Tap Room? So weird. I will continue to refer to it as Raleighs though for college nostalgia purposes.

Although strangely named it's pretty damn accurate considering the excellent selection of beers on tap! In ordering 5 pitchers over the course of 4 hours we got a pretty good feel for the greatness available. We also ordered some food and although my fish n salad (substituted salad instead of chips) was not bad, the shrimp po'boy ordered by my friend was DELICIOUS. I kept reaching for it jealously and stealing bites - try it!!

If you can get in early enough to get a booth you'll find a comfy sit-down area for a low-key night of social drinking. Now if only they would do something about the bathrooms...

I came here for lunch one day after having walked past it so many times. It was a real blast and would most definitely recommend the place for lunch or some drinks after class.

We ordered some burgers and it was just great. They definitely weren't stingy with the portions. The hot waitress would check up on us every so often and was fantastic. The food came out fine and quickly and she would always check up on us if we needed a few more drinks or two.

The only thing that sucks about the place is that it's on Telegraph by all the faux-Rastafarians, panhandlers, and bums. That's Berkeley for you!

Pretty good bar! I guess it's reverted back to Raleigh's now. Good portions of food, good beer selection (no hard alcohol though). Our chili cheese fries filled the entire plate, damn good bang for your buck.
They play some good music, some great classic rock songs too.

Got a cool beer garden, shuffle board tables and a very friendly staff. Good place to check out!

I'm sure there are many, many better bars out there in the world, but this area of Berkeley is just not a magnet for said good places. So by default, Manny's gets top honors. It's good to see that they improved on the stiflingly boring and old vibe that Raleigh's had going on; I guess the rest is just icing.

Manny's already gets the points for playing music that doesn't make me want to take a fork to my eardrums. The 40+ beers on tap, the rock-bottom prices of said refreshments, the best onion rings I've had in California-- that's just icing. ICING.

What a tall, pretty cake Manny's proved to be. I hope this wasn't a fluke.

I'm a huge fan of Manny's veggie burrito! Comes with a mountain of chips, salsa and guacamole.

    The mango margarita was DELICIOUS.

    Eh....
That pretty much sums up Raleigh's.  Or whatever it's new name is.  Food is mediocre, service is worse.
This last experience there was with a large party today and the service was truly abysmal.  People's orders were not put in, and it was even slow without that.  That didn't stop the waitress from adding 18% gratuity though.  The food is pretty mediocre as well.  Were it not for the service, i'd give it 3 stars.

The shining light is their nice beer selection.  Oddly enough, after 6 pm it gets cheaper to $3/pint.

***This review for people who like to smoke and drink at the same time.

    Boooooooo!!!

Why have a decent selection of drafts and a nice, large, outdoor patio if you're not going to allow people to smoke on it? It's an OUTDOOR patio, wtf? So since I can't smoke on your patio, I have to go out front where all the drunk, degenerates are gonna bother me for a smoke, money or try to talk to me? Weaksauce.

I guess if you're a non-smoker this place is probably great, but like I said before, this review is for smokers.

I have fond memories of this bar from when it was Raleigh's, but as Manny's Tap Room it's just as good. Had I not heard the bar had changed ownership, I would have had no idea it technically changed into a different bar.

Manny's, simply put, has the best Happy House policy in the entire area. Happy Hour begins at 5pm during the week and goes until closing time. Beers, I believe are $3.50 (they used to be $2.50, just raised), which is the best deal for a decent quality beer I know of. Since near campus this is a pretty UC Berkeley student heavy bar, making it a great place for a gigantic group of my grad school classmates and me to meet up from time to time. The outdoor patio is huge, beautiful, and all-out amazing, and the inside is nice too. The food is good for a bar and pretty inexpensive, and the bartenders and servers are extremely friendly. Definitely a great bar for a great price.

Manny's Tap Room??  I'll always call this place Raleigh's, which sounds much catchier and cozier anyway.

I'm not sure why anybody would go to Blake's when you have Raleigh's just a couple of blocks away.  I love eating out in the patio, which is actually quite pretty, when there isn't a good game on.  The burgers and Cajun Fries are usually what I stick to, because despite what some sorority girls may claim, salad + beer is a no-go.  The food is pretty typical of bar food--greasy and tastier when drunk.

Great place to watch a game over a few pitchers and a basket of fries, although last time I had to physically restrain my ex-roommate while watching a semifinal Lakers game here because a group of guys next to us kept dissing Kobe.  A girl's gotta stick up for her man.

Not that great of food but ...

1 star - Great location to people watch on Sunday.
    1 star - Cool atmosphere.
1 star - Great soju drink!  Yes quite expensive but hey, I'm game!

I'd give it 4 stars if the food was just a wee bit better.

As for the $$ per person - I gave it 2 '$' signs because of the cost of food + drinks.  The food is pretty much hovering around $7 to $9 per person but with drinks, definitely over the $ price range.

I liked it when it was Raleigh's. Now there aren't any cute guy bartenders and the prices are jacked up! Also, they better not get rid of that rooster symbol and put the Manny's crest, because that thing is ugly.
Plenty of parking and walking distance to other bars if it's dead. Can be hit or miss in terms of it being happening or not.
