The worst Chinese buffet I ever had before : shrimp is not fresh, the hot and sour soup is too sour, chicken wings is overcooked, food is not warm at all..... I can not find anything I enjoy. The thing that pissed me off is the boss is a liar. When we walked in, he told us this time only serve buffet. However, the customer came later than us, they ordered dishes. There is no communicate problem or misunderstanding at all, cause we speak the same language. Maybe I only a visitor here, but it is absolutely not right way to do business.

I have no idea why other Yelpers gave this place such low ratings.
They must be Gourmet Chinese or something, because living in Calfiornia I've been to many Chinese Buffet places but Mandarin Gourmet Chinese Cuisine fall under top 10 American-Chinese Buffet place I've been to.
Came here during the Bus Tour. Never thought I would eat Chinese food in Arizona. According to our Bus guide, Buffet restaurant owner is Chinese-Korean and although it's a buffet style, the owner waits for the tour people to come in order to cook and provide fresh food.
Their Chow-mein was really good, so were other dishes like Sesame Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Vegetable Spring Rolls, egg soup and many other great selection. I don't usually eat Spring Rolls because they tend to be too greasy for my taste, but their Spring Rolls were just right and really tasty. My wife loved their fried round donuts ball.
Wished I remembered to take the photo and show you how good they look. I didn't pay for the meal directly for myself so I don't know how much was the buffet per person, but if I lived in Arizona and was craving American-Chinese food I will definitely come to this place. -

I was in Page, AZ recently and found this place. Restaurant is clean, food and price are reasonable. Not sure if there are any other Chinese buffer place in Page.

It's expensive. And the food taste like deep fried donut in a tub of sweet and sour sauce (not that I've ever seen donut being prepared this way). It's not too terrible, just not passable as American-Chinese food. It taste similar to those prepared foods you would found in Korean gocery stores. Maybe if this is a Korean restaurant the food would turn out banging good?
But it's Page, AZ. And someone in the group could no longer handle another burger or taco without throwing up.
So thank goodness for this little restaurant out of nowhere. -

There are NOT many food selections in Page, Arizona. You got your Mexican, Pizza and KFC/ Taco Bell. D and I were craving Chinese food and we happen to find this restaurant's menu in the hotel and tour offices.
The owner, I think speaks Mandarin but the waitresses were Korean. Odd. They have an American style Chinese buffet but we looked at the food and went "Eh". The main dishes is not cheap. It was about $8-9 dollars for a dish when I feel like I can get more variety in San Francisco for $7-$8 dishes.
We ordered:
Mapo Tofu (I was craving something slurpy)
Water chestnut with green string beans (saucy)
Mongolian Beef ( D says any Chinese restaurant can't go wrong with this dish!)
Verdict? It was so-so. I mean I think I could of made the dishes myself and it would tasted just as good but since it is middle of nowhere, this is the only place you've got.
The interior is dirty. There were some tour buses which Asian folks that ate here at this restaurant.
The directions to get the restaurant is a little bit confusing. It is closer to Denny's on Hwy 89.
The total cost of our meal was $40? See what I mean. -
