I've bought 5 beds there in the last 10 years. I bought one again 3 days ago. I took in a receipt for a bed that I had previously purchased for one kid. The receipt was a year and a half old. I wanted the same bed for the other kid. They gave me the same exact pricing. They delivered the next day and removed the old mattress for free. They also gave a free frame.

I give them 4 stars because I am a bit concerned about mattress pricing in general. I sense, but can't confirm, that the pricing is a scam. If a bed is listed at $1000, you should really only pay $500. My receipt was for a bed that was listed at $979 and I paid $500 out the door. While the Mancini's workers were impressed by the deal that I had previously received, it didn't seem implausible. And while I am super happy to have received a good deal, I don't think it's cool to inflate your pricing like that.
