This place is an awesome place for gear and one of the places I hit up when I'm in town to snowboard.  The staff is super friendly, knowledgable, and this place is stocked with just about everything you need when you're here for your Mammoth experience.

At the time of this review, they are having a massive sale on leftover winter gear.

We came to Mammoth Sporting goods because our cabin included some gear rentals. It was a good experience! The guys were very helpful, friendly, and hilarious.

Jason was the main guy that helped me. He was great to deal with. I rented a board, bindings and boots. He was informative about my stance, the sizing of my boots and board, and how it should feel.

Who knew places did not rent clothing? O well. I borrowed some and brought some with me so it wasn't a big deal but I wish they did! Regardless it was a good renting experience and they calmed down some of my snowboarding anxiety.

Thanks Jason and Mammoth Sporting Goods! :)

The guys were so friendly, very knowledgeable, and even laughed at all my lame jokes.  We learned so much there, they really helped steer us away from equipment that would not have been right for my beginner boarder niece.

Wide assortment of gear and clothing for Mammoth area sports - skiing, snowboarding, biking, etc.   More of a generalist shop than Wave Rave and Mammoth Gear, and because of that it's always a good place to check out if you're looking for something specific - like a black down jacket or a pair of Teva sandals.
