Delivery here takes a while and I had heard that the phone operator was rude. When I came in for a pick up, the phone operator was very sweet. She kept calling me honey.
I love their deep dish pizza. The super thin crust is also great and priced at a bargain. I have been coming here since I was a child. With abodonza no longer across the street this is one of the few remaining old-style family run businesses. -

The pizza is great prob one of the best places in chicago, fresh ingredients we usually order the mega ball size which feeds a large
group, would of given 5 stars if wasn't for the very rude people who take the orders. -

The pizza here is great. Sure the place is in a seedy part of town, but once you get there, the joint is awsome. The waitress's are nice. You have to try this place. If you like thin crust or Chicago style deep dish.... this is the place for you. They have a huge parking lot right next door and they have football pizza. They serve beer and other liquors too. You should go here with your friends or family. The prices are very reasonable and they deliver. The people that your order over the phone are also very nice. Plus, they still give you free pop with your pizza. RC of course.

My family and I have ordered pizza from here for years. We loved it!! But up until their recent mix up of our order and then treatment we received, this will no longer be our Friday night pizza place. Sorry Mama Luna's I will not take a picture of my pizza to prove to you that I got the wrong size pizza as well as ingredients. The supposed driver you sent to my home with the correct order never showed up and I'm tired of arguing with you all. If this is the type of customer service you give to your long time patrons then you'll never get anymore of my money ever again. You're pizza is good but not worth this kind of headache especially from those bad mouthing employees of yours... Thanks but no thanks...

Wait staff was friendly. Pizza was good not extraordinary, bruschetta was way to oily which saturated the toasted bread. Decent quality food - in line with price.

i so wanted to order from here, because everyone has told me the pizza is really good, however...
natch, the first question the phone operator asks is the phone number, and my phone number starts with an out-of-state area code. and he said 'we can't accept that area code.' i was shocked and tried to get an explanation, and he just kept saying the same thing. so then, i asked him if he wanted me to make up a 312 or 773 number, and he told me to hang on. then he left me on hold for a couple minutes, and i got frustrated and hung up. ugh!!!!! -

Do not dine in here. They could care less about dining room-- 99.5% of business is pizza delivery. Disgusting-- C'mon guys-- spend a little money to clean the place. I should have walked out when there were 2 people in the dining room on a Saturday night at 6PM-- NEVER AGAIN.

there pizza is soo good! but there service is aweful. the women who answer the phones act like they don't need or want your business. they give you an attitude and they don't try to accomidate you as a customer and to me customer service is very imporant. won't go back.... but pizza is good and resonably priced. so what's more imporant to you?
