Mali is very professional and still super friendly and fun. She uses only the top quality french waxes and makes me feel completely comfortable. She also offers great advice and makes me feel welcome, relaxed and special. Can't recommend her highly enough!

I came here for my first experience with waxing from Mali and she is absolutely wonderful. She uses very high quality wax that, while waxing hurts regardless of what you use, this stuff hurts less and won't, for example, rip your skin off. She makes you feel very comfortable and she's very professional about what she does, I'm pretty much sold on waxing now.

Mali is simply amazing. I was referred to Mali by a friend after an at home waxing disaster that resulted in my Chihuahua unintentionally getting waxed instead of me.
Having received the best and most thorough full-body wax of my life from Mali I can not fathom allowing anyone else near me with hot wax ever again. The quality of products Mali uses is impressive and really make a difference in the results from the service. The salon is cleanly, calming, and in a convenient location.
Mali could not come more highly recommended! -

I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah McLeod for massage and her amazing energy/healing work. I've been seeing Sarah weekly for 2 years now, and her massages and energy healings are both great. I come out not only relaxed, but with a sense that "everything's going to be okay."! I feel relaxed and peaceful - not just in my body, but about all the challenges I might be facing that week. She is an amazing and intuitive healer who is very in touch with Spirit (which is very important to me). Can't recommend her enough - try it for yourself. You'll see.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL BODY WORK! Sarah McLeod - recently of Berkeley Massage & Self-Healing Center - raises the bar on professional body work in the Solano area. You can read more reviews about her here: http://tinyurl.com/bdd5sc.
But honestly, she's been doing this work for twenty years and brings both experience with a range of modalities as well as an acute intuition that not only relaxes you but "fixes" you. I recommend Sarah's practice without reservation and hope you'll try her offering the next time you feel like you need some body renewal and realignment. -

Mali at Malimor Skin Care on Solano Ave in Berkeley is amazing!! She is very caring and community oriented and great with skin and waxing. She is very experienced and has natural products from Israel that feel so good! The next time you need a facial, waxing, massage, or beautiful face makeup, call Mali.

Mali is superb! I found her after discovering Azul Spa suddenly went out of business, (I had a gift card to redeem). She was the only one to redeem it fully. But that is only one reason she is so great! More importantly, she is great at what she does. I only get confused by all the skin care products available, and tend to feel that it is a market to sell, sell, sell. SHe was thorough in evaluating my skin, did not try to 'sell' her services. She gave me a couple weeks worth of samples of the product she felt best suited my skin so that I could try them long term. Other places tend to get you to buy their products immediately. I appreciated the fact that she believes you have to try a product long term. With that said, I LOVE the products she used and will be back to get a supply. Even gave me a sample for my teenage son's skin.
The salon is clean and comfortable, parking is reasonable. I highly recommend her. -

Super smart about skin but very low key and mellow, Mali makes every service from facials to waxing feel like the ultimate upscale spa experience. But the prices are shockingly affordable! Her products are organic and soothing. Street parking is free for two hours on the street the salon is on and on surrounding side streets and the Solano Ave. area is a fun place to grab a coffee or browse. This salon is a real find!
