Review from Marina C.
Vancouver, WA
I am pretty sure that this place is the "Warm House" restaurant as I know it.... It has the right address, even though it points to a different address further up the bay and on the far side of the marina.
Anyway the giant plates of clams are insanely good, and so is all the seafood, which is why you'd eat here--at a restaurant which is in fact warm, and is perfectly located at the end of America in the most beautiful land I've ever known. The spectacular views of Neah Bay, as well as the excellent quality of the incredibly tasty bread they serve (and bread or rice truly make a restaurant) raises this place about three stars... Make it a point to drive out to the Makah Reservation, both to explore the natural scenery and eat here.
The Makah are a wonderful and hospitable people and I'm always glad to be a visitor to their lands, and this restaurant is an excellent show of that, and the perfect place to relax and recuperate after hiking toward Shi-Shi or at Cape Flattery. -

Nope. No, no, no. Tartar sauce in the little plastic McDonald's esque tubs, chalky clam chowder, the worlds tiniest serving of Dr. Pepper and not a single water refill. Of course, the fried cod is probably the best in recent memory, but everything else here is basically one star.

I've eaten here many times while traveling through Neah Bay. They offer excellent quality cafe food, mostly American and salads as well as exceptional service. This place is the best eatery in town as far as I'm concerned. Check them out next time you roll through or after a day of fishing.
