Go to Kathleen!! I have gotten several haircuts from her in the past year or two and have never left unhappy! She listens to what I want and always double checks to make sure that I am happy with what she is doing, which probably isn't even necessary since she does such a great job!! The haircuts I have gotten in the past don't even compare to hers.
She has also done my hair for a wedding I was in and everybody loved it!! All I had to do was show her a picture and she knew exactly what to do. And the shop is very nice and clean which is a plus! I do not think I will go to anyone else for my styles or haircuts!! -

So I've been going here since 2003. I initially was going to a girl name Martha who no longer works there and since she left, I have been seeing Sharon for my cut and color. Martha was awesome and I was bummed that she left but she has seemed to pass down her expertise to Sharon. She is the sweetest and is great at what she does. She is very accomodating too! Everyone here is a sweetheart. I love going to this place for my hair needs. It's clean, reasonably priced, and have great staff who knows what they are doing. The owner Erica (love her accent), is not only nice to the customers, but she also has great relations with her staff too. That says a lot! i love my glass of wine when I'm getting my hair done. Of course, there's also coffee, tea or water. They have a vietnamese restaurant next door and your hair person can call in an order for you and they restaurant will bring it while you are getting your hair done.
Maison has awesome customer service and you can pick just about anyone here and they do a good job. I think if I recall, there are 7 of them to choose from. By the way, my hair falls down to my waist and Sharon has taken care of my mink for nearly 7 years, can't believe it's been that long. -

It did take me awhile to get an appointment here. However, I was determined to use my Groupon and I wanted to color/cut my hair! When I got there that day, I didn't have enough money to feed the meter. I asked the lady how long the cut/color would take, she said about two hours. I was like oh, I'm not sure if I have enough money for the meter. I asked if she had $2 in quarters, but she said it was okay, walked to my car and filled up the amount it would take to do my hair. Very nice!
Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the girl that helped me with my hair. She was a young one. She was such a sweetheart. She helped me picked the color for my hair and cut my hair the way I wanted it. Both turned out great. At the end, I'm not sure what she used on my hair, but my hair felt like and very very soft!
Kudos to Maison for such a great worker! -

Worst experience ever. Bought a groupon deal for a blowout and came in for a simple style for a party. Margaret was my stylist and she made me look like Marge Simpson. She has NO clue on what Looks current or hip. I wanted loose, beachy waves and even brought pics to show her what I wanted. She gave me tight, all over curls that looked hideous and matronly. Even Margaret admitted that she hated it. To make matters worse, she was defensive and irritable, and kept looking at the clock like I was putting HER out. Mind you, I didn't even get a shampoo/blowout b/c I wanted her to have more time just for the styling part! I finally gave up after nearly an hour and decided to leave. I washed the mess she created and blow dried my hair myself at home, which looked 10000% better. Never coming back here again.

Manhattan, NY
Absolutely the best hair cut of my life! I went in with a groupon to see Margaret and it was the best deal I have ever gotten. She spent a while consulting with me and really figuring out what I wanted even though I didn't really know. She asked me a few questions about my past hairstyles (I've had everything from a pixie cut to one-length hair down to my waist as well as from blonde to almost black and everything in between) and asked about what I wanted from it now. I told her that I will be moving to NY soon and want a hairstyle that will make it easy to go out and have fun. I then said that I was getting bored with my current style. When I said that, the lightbulb went off and she hurried off to grab a magazine. She leafed through it for a second before finding the hairstyle that she wanted and then went over how we could modify it for my shorter bangs and cowlicks.
She mixed up the color for me and just did my roots, which my hair was quite thankful for as it's taken the all-over-color beating the last few times I've gotten it done elsewhere. She matched the color PERFECTLY, which is not easy as it is a custom color.
She took her time with the cut and made sure that I was comfortable with everything she was doing. She checked in with me from time to time to make sure that I didn't freak out about anything and make sure that the length was ok etc. She also happens to be very personable and talking to her was easy and fun.
I wish I could always come here but the commute from Manhattan would be an awfully long way. If I move to the bay area anytime soon, she will definitely be my go-to gal! -

WOW is all I can say. I just had the BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE with Jamie at Maison Salon. I am not even exaggerating at all. After reading yelp reviews and hearing about the personal experience of two of my friends I decided to give Jamie a try. Let me tell you, it was the best decision of my life.
As a curly-haired girl I experience a lot of common problems when I get bad cuts. (Split ends up to high heaven, the dreaded "pyramid head", having ugly hair when it's straightened, and last but not least, I could not get cute bangs!) Jamie solved ALL of this for me.
My hair now has GORGEOUS shape and bounce when its curly, without getting too frizzy or pyramid-y at ALL. I have adorable bangs and when its straightened it looks amazing. Jamie really knows what she's doing and explains every single thing and doesn't want to be too risky when she is with a new client. She does things in moderation until she knows your hair better, which I think EVERY stylist should do!
Also, she knows so so so so much about hair products, styling tools, such as straighteners and blow dryers, and she is so willing to give advice. You can really tell she cares about her clients and I can't wait to go back!!Listed in: Hometown Hot Spots

I love love loved my experience. This is my favorite salon because of Jaime!
I had gotten this horrible haircut and was feeling depressed, but Jaime saved me. She really listened and worked with what I wanted. Another plus--when you say keep the length she keeps the length! I don't think it's possible to have a bad haircut here.Listed in: Salon favorites

I came to Maison Salon to get my hair done for my wedding. I have super short hair - after growing it out for months, I only have about three inches around my entire head - and I wanted to have gentle romantic curls. Needless to say, I was nervous about whether any hairstylist would be able to work with the length I have. For all the ladies with short hair - Kathleen May is the one to see!!!
First to talk about the trial: Kathleen is super sweet and easy to work with. She was the only stylist I found who has worked with shorter hair and has kept pictures of short-hair brides for me to choose from. For the trial, she was able to produce 4 different looks within an hour. All of the looks were really cute, but I ultimately chose a full up-do. I know! Full up-do with only three inches! Amazing, no? She was able to pin it all up so that it looks like I have a lot of hair.
Day-of styling: I was a little late, but Kathleen was able to finish in the 45 minutes that we had left. Not only that, but my hair looked absolute AMAZING!!! The up-do looked really cute at the trial, but on the day of, it looked amazing. Not only did I have the cute curls bunched at the back of my head, but also had these strategically placed romantic waves around the sides and on the top. She finished it up with some amazing side-swept bangs, and I cannot be happier with the results!
To those short-haired brides out there - up-do's are totally possible! I received compliments on my hair all day during my wedding! On top of that, Kathleen's rates are very reasonable and a great value!
My only complaint about Maison is that their in-salon services start earliest at 9:00am, so I had to rework my entire morning schedule to accommodate. -

I had my first appointment with Jamie this afternoon and I am impressed! I found her after reading great reviews on Yelp, and the reviews were right.
I came in with serious hair trauma after the person I had been going to for years chopped about 6 inches off my hair and left me with a bad style. Jamie was able to give me a cute style that will work for me while I grow my hair long again. She was in tune with what I was asking for, and made me feel comfortable with her confidence and experience. She used this great smelling shampoo that smelled sort of like strawberries and left my hair soft and shiny.
I am so glad I found Jamie, I think she will be just what my hair needed to get it back to looking great! -

After reading YELP reviews on Maison, I decided to give it a try. My first appointment with Jaime at 5:30 - I was late due to traffic. I called 10 mins before my appointment to let them know and she said it was fine, she would be able to wait. I didn't walk in until 5:50pm! I immediately apologized as I try very hard never to be late for appointments.
Jaime was very welcoming and said no problem. She then started to examine my hair, talked to me about what I like, i.e. length, style, shape of my face, color, everything.
Then she offered me a glass of wine! ABSOLUTELY, "red please!" After that stressful drive in traffic, that was a very nice treat!
I could immediately tell Jaime had a lot of confidence and experience with hair. She didn't take too much off, she thinned out some big chunks and blended everything very nicely. Even the fnished style was terrific. I mean it was beautiful. I just wanted to go out afterwards and show off my do! Since I didn't have anything planned, I at least went to the grocery store!
I felt very comfortable in this salon. It's very clean, nice decor, simple, and staff was very friendly and casual.
Haircut was $55. I made my appointment to return. -

I have been going to Jamie for 4 years now and I absolutely love her! My best friend Sierra referred me to her and I've never thought about changing since. I always leave the salon happy and glamorous! She's always excited to do something new that I want to try and if she doesn't like something she will say so and fix it before I can even think it! LOL
She's fabulous at what she does and she's also become a friend of mine. I love sitting in her chair chit chatting and having a good time. I've even had a glass of wine a couple of times during and after hair appointments.
The staff is always friendly as well. -

I went in, as a walk in, to see Margaret Kling today. I was in one of those self-loathing moods...I felt just BLAH! All I can say is that she gave me the best haircut and highlight of my life. I've already gotten so many compliments, it's ridiculous!! I've had a version of a bob and blonde highlights for most of my adult life and Margaret gave me the best angled bob and highlights yet.
Her consultation was very patient and informative. I will definitely be back!
Thanks Margaret!! -

Wifey's Review:
Been going to this place for close a year after my hair fiasco at another salon. Heard about Jaime and she fixed my hair problem. Jaime is so friendly and professional. I feel safe going to her because she always listens to the half inch or inches I want her to take off. That is so important. She always reiterates how much I want taken off and even shows me what that measurement will look like before she starts cutting. Very helpful when hair takes a while to grow out. Comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff. Going back in a month. -

You know what I like about Jamie at Maison? She actually maintains her client list. I told her up front a couple of years ago that I am not the kind of person who gets my haircut every 6 weeks, rather more like once or twice a year. But still, a relationship with my hairdresser is important to me. She keeps this little book where she writes down the colors she uses at each appointment and notes about your hair. She calls me once in a while, cause she actually wrote my phone numbers down in that same little book. I love that!! She remembers me!
Plus, she makes my hair look 20 times better than it should, the way I treat it. Thank you Jamie, I swear I'm coming in again soon!
PS She does kids cuts too, and way better than the kids cuts place up the street. -

I love Maison salon! I have been coming to see Kathleen for about a year and a half... started out with her shortly after my husband and I got engaged and selected Burligame as the city where we'd get married! She has been absolutely fabulous, every single time--she always listens to what I want AND offers her opinion when I ask (which somehow, I find to be very rare in stylists)!! She is super practical with me also, as I need a cut that is cute, but will work with my so-exhausted-my-hair-never-gets-blowdried and too-busy-to-keep-my-bangs-cut grad school lifestyle. Her $50 cuts also work well with the grad school budget!
She (and Ellie) were fabulous for my wedding as well! They got to the salone at 7am, and did 5 heads of hair and 4 faces of makeup within 3 hours. They were incredible. Everyone's makeup stayed on all night, and looked beautiful. All the ladies' hair looked perfect, and really stayed put... even for those whose curls usually fall quickly! My own bridal makeup and hair, done by Kathleen, were everything I wanted. My hair stayed (my curls usually fall out!) and my makeup brought out my eyes :). I could rave about her on my wedding day forever! :) -

This review is for Jamie and Michelle, who both completely ROCKED, and I repeat, ROCKED, the hair for my bridal party and, more importantly, myself.
I've been going to Jamie for cuts and color for a while. First off, if you're Asian, you can probably relate when I say that red highlights more often than not never last long. Oh but fear not, Jamie has got you covered. I don't get my hair done often (I am one of those offenders) and let's just say 3-6 months down the road the color still looks fanatastic...i still get compliments on it eventhough I am totally overdo. In specific for my wedding, she worked with Michelle, who was doing our updos and colored my hair so that it complemented the style.
And Michelle, who I cannot thank enough for making me feel glamourous and gorgeous, is one of the most skilled stylist any of my wedding party has encountered. She turned my shoulder length hair into a lushious updo; with a modern twist of fingerwaves. Then she transformed my bridesmaid's short short hair into another gorgeous updo. My other bridesmaid commented that the way her hair was done was what she was looking for for her own wedding. All in all her final product was over and beyond what I requested and could even imagined. She completely captured the look I was going for and did research to make sure she had it right. She made sure everything looked perfect, caught all the things that didn't look right when she was done and fixed them without me even asking (a great eye and attention to detail).
I could go on, but just take a look at the pictures...both of these ladies are extremely skilled. -

Erica just cut my hair and I love it. She took her time asking me just what I wanted, showing me what she thought I meant and explaining what she was going to do. She did a great job and I'm really picky about my hair. Her shampoo was amazing too! It was long and luxurious and the shampoo bowl has this awesome rubber guard for your neck so that it's actually comfortable to have a long shampoo! I was so excited about that part as I never feel that I can relax in those awful sinks.
I was in and out in less than 45 minutes (tho, I don't have any styling done as my curls like to air dry) and the price was JUST right.
Fearful of jinxing it, I won't say "I've found my stylist" as I have had a hard time being able to make that statement but, my next cut will be there, for sure.
They have a credit card machine now too!
update: this cut didn't grow in quite like I wanted so I've moved on - but it was a really great cut for the first month, which is as often as some people get theirs cut... -

Margaret is the best hairstylist my hair has ever met! After a tragic accident at another salon, she promised she would do whatever she could to return my hair to it's original color. And, after two visits, I have the hair I wanted from the beginning. She made time, followed up to make sure I was happy, and now has a customer for life. Thanks again Margaret, I'm so happy - Ashleigh

I've been seeing Margaret Kling for (at least) the last 5 years. She was at 2 different places before landing at Maison, and she's so good I continue to see her in Burlingame, even though I now live in S.F.
As a regular guy, I don't need anything too fancy for my hair - but she listens to what I want, gives my hair a good washing then cuts away; I always walk away pleased.
One time when I was in the chair getting a cut, I realized my parking meter needed to be fed again. Margaret had someone from the salon run out and dropped some change in the meter for me. It wasn't even my change - That was cool! -

I couldn't get into my regular hairdresser and a coworker recommended the San Mateo salon. I live closer to Burlingame so thought I would give this a try and thanks to other yelpers I choose Jamie.
I am so glad I did. She is by far the best hairdresser I have gone to. She took her time going over different color options for me and my hair has never looked better. The cut is amazing and the color is beautiful. Thank you Jamie!!! I will def be going back to see you again. The cost is very reasonable and everyone is so sweet and attentive.

Kathleen May is GREAT! I booked her for my wedding, and needed five ladies' hair done. Kathleen took a lot of time to listen and understand my needs during our first phone conversation, and didn't forget any of it. I wanted a really old-school glamorous 1940s Hollywood feeling look for my wedding, and she delivered. We all looked fabulous and she was professional, courteous, kind, and on time. Rates were very fair too. Thanks Kathleen!

Review from Alisa H.
Mountain View, CA
[To summarize my very long review of my experience at Maison: There was a strange price quote problem when it came time to pay, which really put me off, especially considering the other little problems I had, but the haircut itself turned out pretty nice after I got used to it.]
So I've got weird hair - it can be curly, wavy, frizzy, dry, and...well, pretty big when conditions are right! Usually, I have it under control, and I've learned to be careful how I cut it and what I do to it. The wrong cut or the wrong styling can really do a number on my hair, so I am very careful to explain all this to a salon before I make an appointment.
After checking reviews for local salons on Yelp, I called up Maison Salon, because its reviews were good and it sounded affordable based on the prices reviewers had mentioned. I spoke to a gal on the phone, explaining that my hair was weird and that I needed a stylist who knew how to cut curly hair (yes, you actually should cut curly hair differently). The gal said Ellie was available, but didn't say whether Ellie knew how to cut curly hair.
After asking the gal on the phone more about Ellie's knowlege of cutting curly hair and getting a positive response about her skills, I made an appointment for the next day or so. I specifically asked the gal on the phone how much it costs to have my long hair cut by Ellie, and she said it was $45, and also confirmed that was even for really long hair. Based on that reasonable price, I agreed to go to Maison to see Ellie.
My Haircut Experience Details at Maison:
Though I arrived exactly on time for my appointment, Ellie was still cutting a blonde gal's hair, so after I waited for 5 minutes, she examined my hair and then sent me to the shampoo chair, asking the assistant to leave a hair mask on. It felt like I sat staring at the ceiling with a super-minty mask on my head and a crink in my neck for ages (ok, maybe 15 minutes??). When Ellie was done with her customer, I was finally able to get rinsed and sit up.
Ellie and I agreed that she should cut long layers (about 4 inches off) and then texturize later. I noticed a pair of scissors lying in front of me at Ellie's station that had bits of blonde hair on it (from the previous customer I think) not in the jar of the blue sanitizing liquid nearby. Unfortunately, Ellie started my haircut by picking up those unsanitized scissors with the blonde hair on them and cutting my hair with them! Oy! (Isn't that a big no-no?)
To make a long story short, after that, Ellie did spend a good amount of time cutting my long hair into layers and razoring the ends before texturizing and then blowdrying my hair into thick beautiful waves. Overall, my hair ended up looking way better than when I came in. I would have to say that I felt that Ellie carefully cut and styled my hair without trying to sell me any products. (Afterward I did ask her to show me a conditioner for treating dry hair, and she recommended a leave-in product by Eufora.)
Unfortunately, after my haircut when I was ready to pay for it and also for the product, I asked Ellie how much it all was. She said the conditioner was $26. Then when I asked, she told me that the haircut was $65 (a full $20 more than I was quoted on the phone)! When I told her about my phone price quote, she basically told me that her price has always been $65 so she doesn't know why I was quoted that. When I did not just give in, she told me that if I think her haircut is worth $45 I could pay $45, but if I think it is worth more I can pay more. She didn't get upset or ask around the salon to figure out who had quoted me the original price, but instead waited for me to make up my mind about what to pay.
At this point, I felt extremely uncomfortable and considered the possibility of a bait-and-switch, and I did not like the fact that I had to argue about price when I made sure to get the price before coming in. (People I spoke to later who had been in a similar position at their salons admitted to just paying the higher price.) Well, I paid the price that I was first quoted, the price that got me to come in, plus a generous tip. (Btw, when I got home, I noticed a price sticker on the hair product I had bought, and it turns out she had quoted and charged me $2 more than the sticker price, even before we had discussed the price of the haircut!)
No matter what it was that caused the mix-up in pricing for both the cut and the product from Maison, I was left with a really bad taste in my mouth from the experience. I had been agonizing over getting a nice haircut for a long time, so I was quite disappointed that things got weird at Maison when it came to prices. It's too bad, because I do think that Ellie at least gave me a nice, flattering cut - Sometimes it makes me look 70's, like Farrah Fawcett or Mila Kunis from That 70's Show, but it is a cute layered cut that I don't have to maintain. -

This is my very first yelp review even though I refer to yelp all the time for info on where to eat or where to take my car etc. so I must say--MY HAIR IS AMAZING! I have been going to Margaret at Maison for years and she has always given me a great cut and color ( not easy with my wavy, frizzy, graying hair) but my last visit was something I had to write about. Margaret had attended a class on a new Keratin product that relaxes, straightens and defrizzes hair and is actually good for your hair. She put it on right after she colored it and left it in for 30 minutes then dried it. Then she used the flatiron to "set" it. All very easy, no horrible smell and very soft to touch. The best part was when I washed it a couple of days later and let it air dry, something i have never been able to do without looking like a brillo pad. It was, and still is, soft, shiny and smooth and still has some body. Unbelievable!! I have had no less than 50 people comment on how nice my hair looks.
It should last 3-5 months and worth every penny. Call Margaret now for an appointment because once the word is out on this amazing product, she'll be booked solid. -

I have never been able to find a hairdresser I'm satisfied with...until now. $55 for a haircut is a small price to pay to guarantee satisfaction -- and that's exactly what I get with Jamie, who's probably the only gal in this world who I trust with my hair. She listens closely to your directions and gives you consistently spectacular results.

this review is long overdue.
i found this salon on Yelp and made an appt based on reviews, but never drove by and actually saw the place. as i pulled up and found a metered parking spot, i was very glad to see it was a comfy place. not too foo-foo, not low-end. perfect.
Ellie did my hair that first time. she recommended a brand new cut which accented my face. she colored and highlighted also. while i was "cooking" my husband received a wash & cut. we both were pleased with Ellie's expertise and friendliness. i'd recommend this salon and Ellie any day - to any one.
since first going, my husband had gone back once for highlights, and i have returned 3x. Ellie is wonderful and i have found a new home for my head. big hug Ellie - thank you for moving up from SoCal!
oh, and that time i parked at a meter, she wouldn't let me feed it - she ran out and did that on her own...can you say Goddess? who wants to go out on the street with foils on their head! thanks Ellie!Listed in: Born to Shop

I REALLY wanted to give this place high reviews. I got a great hair cut there by Erica. The problem is that when I tried to make another appointment NO ONE called me back ever! The number listed above was disconnected, the number I found by googling them didn't work, and when I finally got through and left a message they never called back.
it's very sad to me, because they are so good and local, but I won't go there again as they don't seem to want my business. -

I stumbled upon Ellie after a hair fiasco & have been with her ever since. She does AMAZING cuts & color. Now many of my clients go to her to & none have been disappointed. She is so talented you will not be disappointed. I used to switch around a lot, but I have found my gal & am loyal. Give her a call at 415.806.7502. You won't be disappointed. Even better, she is super-sweet & it's a nice low key, unpretentious environment.

Ladies, we all know how hard it is to find a good hair dresser! I dumped my hair dresser of over 10+years and needed to find a new one... I got on yelp and started doing some research. At first I was hesitant but then I decided to go for it and call Maison Salon for an appointment with Jamie! I am so happy that I found her, she made my hair look great with a simple cut and I can't wait to go back. I did minus one star for one reason only... the salon looks like it is for older ladies. I saw Burlingame and thought to myself ... must be nice, it is clean, it has the materials needed but it does need a major update.

After reading the rave reviews at yelp for this salon, I finally decided to give it a try. And I am glad I did. Kathleen is so wonderful! She's so easy to talk to and really listens to her client's needs. She communicates very well what she's doing to your hair so that there'll be no surprises. Despite my hair dilemma, she was able to give me by far the best haircut ever! She even gave me tips on how to maintain my hair. Her approach is very personal. You really feel that she wants you to always look your best.
I am coming back again to see her for my hair coloring. Can't wait!
So next time you're desperate for someone to fix your hair, look for Kathleen and there's no doubt that she will do magic on you. -

I have been going to Jamie McClay for almost 6 years. She saved my hair after I had someone from another salon butcher it. A friend of mine suggested that I go see her, I am glad that I did. We have tried a variety of different cuts and colors over the years and my hair always looks good. Jamie is very professional and fun to be around while she is doing my hair. She has gotten to know me so well that she knows what I want and what I am looking for with out having to say much. Recently I told her I want less red and a little lighter and what do I get?, exactly that. If you want some one who will listen to what you want and make sure that you are happy before you leave her chair you MUST go see Jamie!!!

I am such a fan of Erica at Maison Salon. I basically let her do whatever she wants. Highlights, lowlights, cut, color. She's the BOMB on styling. Unlike most hairdressers, she actually likes it when you bring photos of styles that you would like her to emulate. She's amazing!

I love this place and my stylist, Margaret Kling. She cuts my hair perfectly every time I've been here (it's only been twice). I first tried her by chance this past March and it was the best decision I ever made. She took me away from my old salon, Parlour 308 (wannabe starlets there) in Los Gatos. Very friendly salon. Margaret's very careful, quick, and listens to what you want to have done. She will never do a rush job or cut your hair crooked, and, your hair will grow out perfectly until your next visit (that's happening with me). She's worth her rate. I recommend this place. Haven't tried the other stylists. This place is the bomb!

This review is for ELLIE (415-806-7502)-- I've been seeing Ellie for almost a year now, and she is amazing. I saw the same hair stylist for about 18 years for cut and color... I wasn't ever truly 100% happy with my color or cut, so I asked my friend who did her hair, because it always looked amazing. She told me Ellie from Maison Salon... and it took my friend a few weeks to convince me to try Ellie... but after nervously and reluctantly letting Ellie high light my hair the blonde she thought would go best with my skin tone and when I told her I wanted more layers... not only did I get the layers I wanted for the last 3 years, my hair color looked amazing, so natural, just beautiful.... I get more compliments now then I've ever received. I would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation. I recommend calling her on her cell 415-806-7502, and believe me, you won't be disappointed. She listens to you, shes a sweetheart, and I'll never see anyone else, as long as she's doing hair =)

I would definitely recommend Ellie. She gives great advice as to what type of cut will work on the shape of your face and type of hair. I have been going to Maison for a while and I have never been disappointed with my haircut.

Love this place. Very cute little salon in downtown burlingame (which is awesome in itself). The stylist are all nice and for the first time in my life, a stylist actually listened to what I wanted! What a concept. Jamie was very accomodating with my appointment and stayed on the phone with me forever while I slaved over finding over an appointment time that worked and she was patient and nice even though I called back like 4 times to reschedule. I took in a picture of what i wanted my haircut to look like and she really really took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained to me what was gonna work and what wasnt. Needless to say my hair came out EXACTLY like the picture. She also took steps to make sure that she didnt completely fry my hair any more than it already is. She really understands hair and really cares about what YOU want and will really try and execute that. Shes also really fun to talk to and we gossiped about hollywood celebrities the whole time!
