What can I say?  Mexican food they have here is Delicious!!!  In fact, I would have to say that this is my favorite Mexican food restaurant that I have EVER had the pleasure of eating!
Great after a long hike, Still good if your just passing through!  My mouth literally salivates just thinking about the place!  I very much so recommend Main Street Cafe!

Oh man. Hiked to Cool from Auburn. Landed here around lunch time. Food was excellent. Great side salad full of pizza toppings. Pizza was heavenly. Perfect to fuel the hike back. If you are in Cool, be sure to stop in. It's close to the mountain biking trail (Olmstead Loop) as well. My hiking buddy was especially enthralled by the ranch that arrived at the table in a condiment-style squeeze container. Perfect for applying just the right amount of ranch to your slice of pie.

OK sort of an amusing story for this place.  My friends moved to Cool a couple of years ago and they wanted to take us to this local restaurant that proudly serves Pizza and Mexican food.  Normally I am little weary of places that serve 2 very different cuisines.  Have no fear they are both the Pizza and Mexican masters of the hills.  I love their Shirmp A'la Diabla, I am salivating as I am typing this thinking about it.  Their pizza is how you would make pizza if you broke in and thought hey a pizza would be nice, lots of delicious toppings.
