I unfortunately had a very negative experience and would highly discourage anyone from using them. The third time I had them at my house, they spent less than an hour cleaning and failed to effectively clean any area. I was still charged the full price for the cleaning. Upon speaking with them, I was not offered so much as an apology let alone an offer to refund the charge or provide a future cleaning for free or even at a discount. Horrible service and I warn anyone from using them.

I hired Maid Brigade to clean my father's house before moving him across the country. So I wasn't even in CT when they got to work. Then there was a snowstorm. And the key didn't work as I'd promised, so I stranded the workers outside for a while.

Despite all that, they did a stellar job. The owner and the cleaners were all super-helpful. Communicative, patient, efficient--and great at cleaning!

My realtor recommended them to me, and now I know why. They made what could've been a really difficult job totally easy for me. They removed every hassle and just took care of things. Utterly trustworthy. Highly recommended.

the girls were nice the owner very rude. they say one price and then charge 26.00 more they say is tax. I have turned them in to the state of ct. for tax fraud as well as bb. I have hired another company and was amazed when they showed me everything-never touched. Stay away thats all I can say I really now understand when the owner said they are having a hard time making ends meet, I tipped the girls very well and was screwed by all lies being told and they were on cell phones a lot

I have a rental property which I needed cleaned due to my current tenants leaving. I connected with Maid Brigade who originally quoted me $280 but stated it could go to $340 depending on the condition of the home. My tenants were not the cleanest and the floors needed washing, the fridge and stove needed to be cleaned and bathroom needed cleaning as well. My home is small less than 1200 sq ft. I even declined the offer of them cleaning windows as I was planning on cleaning them myself.

In the end they charged me the full $340 with taxes it totaled over $360. I visited the home after the cleaning and found several unclean areas. To include - wainscoting in bathroom not cleaned, a spot on the kitchen floor still there (I was able to clean up easily with soft scrub), the kitchen and bathroom sink fixtures unclean, underneath the baseboards not swept, spots on the wood floors uncleaned, and uncleaned corners. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Now I rated 1 star because what was cleaned was the fridge and the stove. They looked great.

What played out next was again very disappointing. I reached out to the company they didn't have much to say and I was shocked they offered no resolution. I emailed again as I had gone back to the home to clean it all over again and had found more areas that were neglected by the team. It took some time for someone to get back to me, they refunded me $50 so ultimately I paid $290 plus tax.

$290 gets you a clean fridge, clean stove, 2 rooms of carpet vacuumed, bathroom and kitchen partially cleaned. NOT WORTH IT ! Complete ripoff! When I expressed my dissatisfaction in the end no one returned my email. Stay away from this team unless you want an overpaid group of folks to "pick up" your home.

The owner of this company is very caring and insures a great cleaning job for my home. The team is respectful of my items and left my home perfect. I will continue using this service.

This is the Worst Experience I've ever had . They have No customer service Skills . Very Rude and Disrespectful. The Owner Ann and her manager should Not be operating a business. They need to learn basic communication skills first . their staff didn't finish the job and left the doors wide open . DO NOT USE THEM .

If I could rate them a zero I would. Good service for the first few months and then steadily declined. After my last cleaning one of my new shower doors was broken. After several tries to accommodate the owners schedule to come look at the broken doors we decided to cancel our service. I notified the owner via email and tried to call several times to get our house key back. She never tried to call me. I finally got her on the phone today and she proved why I'm glad to no longer use their business. She was rude the entire call, basically yelled at me and then hung up. Think twice before using them for your home!

I love Maid Brigade!!!! I have used them for over three years. The crew is always professional and does a great job! Very thorough cleaning each and every time. Very reliable. They are always here at the time I requested every other week. I usually have the same team, which is a plus, because they know the house. I have had many, many cleaning companies and crews in my life and as many of you know, finding a company that is good and trustworthy is agonizing. I've been through many. I've had to contact the office on occassion, and when I do, the office staff is extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Maid Brigade. They are the best around!

Listed below is an email I wrote to them after I found a full bottle of perfume missing from my bedroom...They were the worst service ever. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Hi Raquel-

I just wanted to let you know that I received my key earlier in the week. I did want to mention to you that I did find one other item missing, this time from my dresser. I have a small box with a variety of perfume in it. I went to put on one of the perfumes yesterday morning and when I picked up the container I noticed the perfume bottle was not inside. Again, my fiance and I are the only two people that live here. We have not recently had guests and no one has had access to our home when we are not here EXCEPT the team from Maid Brigade that was assigned here. You seem to have spoken quite highly of the team that was here but I am not at all pleased. That bottle of perfume was FULL and cost about $50. Taking soda from the fridge was one thing and if they had been honest about it I probably would not have canceled your service. However, taking other things like perfume is STEALING!!!! I am sending a copy of this email to your corporate office and I will be following up with the appropriate people because I would like to be compensated for what was taken from my home. Who knows what else is missing that I have not noticed yet! Attached you will find a picture of the container that used to contain my perfume and how it is now empty.
