If I could give Stephanie 10 stars, I would. To say she has helped me out is the understatement of the year. I went in for help with back pain from a compressed disc and she opened up a whole world of healing to me. Her gentle methods really work and I've experienced healing on so many levels
from her intuitive work. I've experienced lots of therapy for old emotional wounds and I have to say that the fact that her methods clear out both physical and emotional at the same time is incredibly impressive. An added bonus is meeting her other patients who are consistently the nicest and most
interesting people you can imagine. This is not hoodoo , this is the real thing.

OK, so I had been suspicious of chiropractors across the board for most of my life, with my first specific awareness of that suspicion starting with watching the movie "Jacob's Ladder" in 1990, where Danny Aiello portrayed one of those super bone-crunching chiropractors.  All that rapid, violent pressure and accompanying hideous cracking can't be good for you, can it?

Well, I suspect that many people will have different opinions on the chiropractic field in general, so I won't try do defend my previous position, but I wanted to let you all know where I started from.  Whether or not it's justified, I was afraid of the bone crunchers.

Anyway, I had never heard of "Network Spinal Analysis" before I visited Dr. Stephanie, but once I experienced it I became a raving supporter.  When I first went to see Dr. Stephanie, I didn't even know it, but my spine, up at my neck was curved in a weird way and my head was always hanging forward.  (No wonder I looked so great in my Frankenstein costume when I was 11!)

It turns out that her gentle, non-bone-crunching technique is amazingly effective even though it's not force that catalyzes the changes.  You can talk to her to find out more about the theory behind her technique, but unbelievable change comes about as a result of soft but skillfully applied pressure at certain points along your spine, places where there is already ease, rather than at places where there is tension or problems.  After a reasonable number of sessions (meaning it wasn't some weird thing where I had to keep returning forever and pay for a million appointments) , all that creepy neck stuff is gone, my ears are right over my shoulders, and my spine curves the way it's supposed to.

After seeing the incredible structural change that I've experienced, combined with improvement in the way that I feel in my own body have absolutely convinced me that this style of chiropractic care is amazingly powerful.  And of course it is Dr. Stephanie who makes it all possible for us in her office up in the Marina on Magnolia St.  She's wonderful, skillful and caring, and we're lucky to have her here in San Francisco.

I've been going to a chiropractor for years getting adjustments when I needed them.  They always helped and I felt great until I threw my neck or back out again.  Then I met Dr. Stephanie who had a completely new method that was gentle and long-lasting.

She really paid attention to me and I felt very connected to her immediately.   She's got amazing intuition and is extremely dedicated to her practice and to making you better.

I owe many thanks to Stephanie and always look forward to walking through her doors.

Dr Stehanie is awesome!  I enjoy the work she does with me every time.  She is helpful in explaining more about the care she provides.  Easy to relax with and my body loves this care.
