Specialties
MacHero fixes Apple Mac computers at our Edgewater store and can also come to your home or office. Most repairs are done in 24-48 hours and all work is guaranteed. Sorry, we only service Macs (no Windows computers).
We'll rescue Macs of any vintage and always give you sound, honest advice about upgrades and repairs.
Our office is open weekdays from 10am to 5pm. No appointment is necessary to drop off your Mac. We'll take a look and provide a completely free, no risk estimate within 24 hours. If you decide to move ahead with the repair, we'll take care of everything and have it ready in a day or two.
Our no-risk estimate is also true for Mac data recovery. If we can't get your data back, we won't charge you for the attempt. We'll even recommend a data recovery specialists that can pick up where we left off.
On-site support and consulting services are available to most of Chicagoland without a travel fee.
