This is the place to go if you need a Mac or Mac accessories and don't feel like heading to the mall. I have not purchased a computer from here, but I have picked up a couple of accessories. There prices are pretty middle of the road, and if you get on their mailing list, you can be privy to the good sales that pop up once in a while.
The staff is friendly, and from what I can tell, efficient. I was able to purchase an Air Port card for an old ibook that I was using for a while, and not too many places (without having to search online) carry that sort of thing anymore.
This place has more variety than the Apple Store at West County. Also, the staff is really friendly like what Jaffa said. I brought in my laptop in for repair after a disastrous attempt by the Apple Store in West County. The technicians spent about a week trying to figure out what was wrong with my laptop. Absolutely worth every minute of driving here from Arnold.
I found this place and I am so happy I did. They fixed my G5 tower in two days and didn't do the whole high pressure sales thing. I went back a couple of months later and bought a MacPro and display. Again, no pressure, just helpful salespeople that really seem to care weather or not you have a great experience at their store. Hmm... what a concept. I know a few local stores that could benefit from the example of professionalism set by Mac HeadQuarters. I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend or family member here.
