Well...it's winter-time in Chicago and I must say, if anyone was prepared it was ME! When Ron Magers says, " Make sure to leave your faucets dripping, we are about to experience the coldest temperatures in 10 years!" ( I paraphrase),  I had already been lettin' em drip for DAYS!!!  So imagine my surprise when I woke up to frozen pipes on Friday morning!...Anyway....I called M & M Plumbing on the advice of one of my dearest friends and I have to say, I don't know what I would have done without Matt and Dale. They arrived at my home exactly whey they said they would and later, when my cold water kitchen pipe burst, Dale was able to help me contain damage and repair the pipe.
They were honest, reliable, timely, and to quote Matt, "committed" to staying with me and solving the problem as quickly and painlessly as possible.
These fellows are consummate professionals.  Five stars!!
