My best friend and I went in today for a pedicure. The guy doing mine was extremely rough on my toes. He was actually digging into my skin, and there was nothing there! He made me bleed!! I flinched and yelled out that it hurt and he looked up at me and shook his head. I looked at my friend and couldn't believe he just did that. This guys name was Peter. I didn't tip him anything!!
My friends experience wasn't any better. Her paint job was rushed and the lady she had never smiled, never looked at her or tried to talk to her. The lady walked away after painting her toes and didn't come back. My friend didn't get a ticket to pay with and wasn't sure if she was done. When we went to pay, the lady grabbed the tickets, said thanks, never smiled and didn't even look at us and she walked away. We will NOT be going here again!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Molly W.Omaha, NE01Apr 4, 2023
I have been going to Lynn's for a long time and I absolutely love it!! They do a great job and most of that is because of Lo Ann. I would recommend Lo Ann a million times over!!! She doesn't rush and is always so pleasant. Thank you Lo Ann for always putting a smile on my face:)

We've been coming here for years. We even took our wedding party there, these poor girls were there for 3 hours and we had an appointments. We considered it a fluke cause we had never had bad service. So this year we thought we'd try again. We went back and waited over 45 minutes to do our toes but they were done well. I am actually in the chair right now and never been so disappointed in customer service or quality. The lady that did mine spent less than 5 minutes from start to finish, she didn't file them, or remove all the polish and slopped some paint and didn't even rub the lotion in. Absolutely horrible. Never would have expected this. I get when they are busy but do not get when the quality is terrible. Looking for a new place!

Got a pedicure and it looks sloppy and like I did it myself. Also they were rough and when my friend said ouch, the man rolled his eyes at her while working on her pedicure. That's terrible customer service. Not friendly technicians. I felt like I was working for them not the other way around.

I don't recommend this business for waxing services. First of all, the pillow and the couch you lie on looks unsanitary. Secondly, the person who did the waxing today completed the task in 2 minutes without making sure that she did clean the eyebrows and without using any cooling, cleansing gel. I won't go back there for waxing, but I will still go to Jenny in this place for manicure and pedicure.

Was here a week ago (10.2021) - worst service I've gotten in a long time. I use to love this place! Request Josie all the time she's wonderful. Anyways - come at 6. Online says they close at 9. Getting mani and pedi. Had acrylic on my hands. Told them they could remove my nail color but wanted to do the rest in the mani chair and then she proceeded to do my dip in the pedi chair. I asked her not to and then she told me she has to cuz they closed at 7-730. Mind you it's 6pm during the week last week. So then I was like whatever. Let her go about her business and not even within 10 min later she allowed another FIVE!!! mani pedis to walk through the door and all techs are busy as only 4-5 women are working.
So not only did she insist for her to do my nails in the pedi chair - she Drills my cuticle and it is bleeding because she was in a hurry to move on to the next. No longer in a hurry to leave because now she has more business. Fast forward to Saturday my toes were already chipped and so I called and the owner said I could come in this next week due to me being out of town. Here we are today ... walk in and was told my toe polish is NOT guaranteed for even TWO days so I'll have to pay for full pedi and my nails were ALL I mean ALL were lifted on the corners and she said it was my fault and they can't fix all but can fix 4. I spent over $100 here less than a week ago. I would hope that dollar amount would last me more than a week!!!!! Pictures below on the low quality of dip (mani) service. I didn't take pictures of my toes. The lady incharge when the owner isn't there continued to try and argue with me even when I wasn't responding due to me just asking for a better service and for her to make this right- it wasn't going anywhere with her and then she talked negatively to her client about the situation. Very unprofessional. She was also the one who did my dip which was lifting within less than a week.
Again - I used to brag about this being my favorite place but the quality nail service + customer service in the last two years has gone down hill a lot. Sad to say I won't be going back.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lillian J.NE, NE01May 20, 2023
Never going there again. I went to this place a couple of days ago and it was horrible. This was the worst experience I have ever had with nails, it was a very long wait to get your nails done, so if you want to go there in a hurry don't. I asked for a shape and they gave me a total different shape, the paint job was horrible All over my fingers and they were so rough they made my fingers bleed. I would recommend not coming here.

Nope. Won't go again. My daughter wanted oval nails and the tech replied, No. we're not doing that." She asked him "what?" And he just said he's not going to do that. He also got the wrong color of dip and was very rude. When she paid in cash they tried to keep all of her change. They had to go into their purses to make change. My tech was good but she didn't talk --only pointed to things.

I just called and as of August 9, 2020, Dip Manicure is $35, Shellac Manicure is $28, and a normal Pedicure is $25. For a foot massage, a pedi is $30.
Great prices in Omaha and the service lasts a long time.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Dec 19, 2016Previous reviewI love this place! My mom's BFF/ the nail guru recommended it to me when I was looking for a quality nail salon to take my friends. She said she loved it because the shellac stays on, it is thin, and it doesn't lift like it tends to do at other salons. My friends decided to part from their much loved American Nails and come with me just this once.
When you walk in, they have a nice little waiting area and a very large area in the back for their services. The entire facility is extremely clean, is well lit, and is packed with lots of smiles. The employees walk around and offer you something to drink as well as ask how your service is going.
Lynn's have a wide variety of shellac polish is to choose from, too. After spending way too much time asking my friends for help over which nail color would look the best (I love you both for putting up with my constant Qs), I finally settled on number 169. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! It is a shimmery brown/purple color. It shines differently in the light each time I move my nails.
One of my friends bought a snowflake design. Feeling festive, I decided on a snowman design. It was really cool because one of the employees had every possible Christmas design on her nails to give us an idea. (Maybe you will have someone with the same thing when you go during the holidays?) The snowman ended up bigger than I expected but is still cute. Plus, everyone on my Snapchat seemed to enjoy it just as much as me, so it must be a win. Right?
All 3 of our shellac manis were finished in under 30 minutes. I was ok with it but my friends wished it was longer and they took more time so we could talk.
The verdict? If you want a fast, reliable and amazing looking shellac, come here. If you want to sit and chat with your girlfriends for a long time, maybe try American nails.
**Also, they do not dip your fingers in water before they clip your cuticles. This freaked my friends and me out a little even though they did a spectacular job on filing and polishing our nails.
