MY CAR FELT LIKE IT HAD A FACIAL

These guys are use to fancy sport cars but I rolled up there with my 2003 Honda and received the same service!!!
If you are really into taking care of your car, this is the place to come for a Full Detailing. They do an amazng job and trust me because I've had my car detailed around the Bay Area and this place just takes #1 in my book. It is appointment only and the are in good business so do expect a few weeks to get in but it is definately worth the stop in.
Was lucky to hit a LivingSocial deal for Full Detail (interior and exterior) for $85. Usually it's $175 - 235. Full Detailing takes about 3hrs. I had added an additional 4th wax on top of the 3 coats of wax hand polish for $45 (usually it's $90 but it still was within my deal. My service took about 4hrs. Instead of spending $260, i spent $130.

After the 4hrs of waiting around my car rolled out from the back looking sharp, shinny, and extremely clean. They litereally cleaned every single inch of my car. Even places other detail shops didn't or could not get to. My car felt NEW, looked NEW, and the 4 coats of wax put that protection on my car. Appreciate the business and the company from Starsky & crew as I waited in the waiting room watching football.
Will I be back? I plan to come back EVERY 6 months to get my car fully detailed at this place (full price). Also, come back for my car washes.They are that good!

I have 3 cars. 1 that was detailed by another shop (which was good detailing) and one by this shop.
So, this place is a joke. Thank god we had a living social deal and paid $85 instead of $225. I wouldn't even be going there again even if their standard price is $50. I think this place is operated by young adults (looks like they can be in college) and no one is double-checking their work. Here's the breakdown I saw the car when my pregnant gf brought it home:
#1 - No wheel dressing.
#2 - No shine! Doesn't seem like they even used wax.
#3 - Random dirt spots on the car that I easily scraped off with my fingernails and on the wheels. Both of which they told my gf that it couldn't be taken off.
#4 - Inside detailing was OK. They didn't take out all the spots and didn't put any leather protection on.
This is simply a carwash (and I had better) with a interior cleaning. Definitely not DETAILING and NOT worth $225. So we're never going back there. I'm taking my 3nd car to my other detailer instead where I happily will pay $250. -

Our friends asked us if they could use our car as their getaway car in their wedding. So, we decorated it with a custom bow from Michaels by essentially tying it to the hood. What we didn't realize until it was too late was that there was a loose wire (that gives the bow volume) at the bottom of the bow.
When we drove on the freeway, the loose wire essentially did an etch-a-sketch on the hood. Luckily the damage was isolated to an area the size of your thumb and index finger put together. Still, the wire stripped away the clear coat and carved up the primer but not down to the metal.
Since the damage was so small and the car isn't a year old yet, repainting the hood wasn't an option.
Fast forward, Starsky had the great idea of first buffing out the damage, then applying some touch-up paint, and finally another buff.
All I can say is Starsky and his crew did an amazing job. I am super anal with defects, and I can barely even tell anything happened. Props to Luxury Detail for their excellent work, attention to detail, and awesome customer service. Very Highly Recommended. -

Got referred to Luxury Detail by the folks at German Motor Works. Apparently, they send all their clients to LD if they request detailing.
Now that I've gotten my Audi A6 back from them and checked out the other Yelp reviews, my experience pretty much agrees with the other 5 star reviews:
- Starsky was enthusiastic, pleasant and very accommodating in scheduling my car pick-up. He repeatedly offered to pick me up from Caltrain since he thought I was crazy to bike to his place from Santa Clara (don't worry, I do this all the time as I race bikes).
- When I picked up my car, I accused him of replacing it with another A6 -- the car he showed me looked almost nothing like the one I dropped off. The interior looked new (well, as new as a 2003 car with little care can look), many minor scratches on the body were gone. Starsky pointed out the stuff that they simply couldn't remove. Windshield was the cleanest it's been in years.
- Put another way, I was certainly expecting the car to clean by the end of all this, but Starsky and crew went beyond clean and managed to recondition much of the exterior and interior. I guess that's what 5 hours of quality work on a car can do for it.
- Not sure about the couple of 1-star reviews. My experience was nothing like those.
- For $225 for the interior/exterior detail package, I don't think I got what I paid for -- I got MUCH MORE (I would have paid myself much more if I were asked to spend 5 hours cleaning my A6).
- Can't wait to bring my other cars to Starsky. -

I had procrastinated about getting my minivan detailed, always seemed like a lot of money. Finally bit the bullet and Starsky made miracles with my car. We have 3 kids and a dog who likes to go to the beach.
They were behind schedule for pick up, but that was because there was so much dog hair and sand in the car it took them longer than expected.
I feel like I have a new car for $250 (coupon price for a minivan).
They were very accommodating, picking my car up from work. Were very courteous and obviously committed to excellent service.
I will definitely be back! -

This is a top notch place. I took my car into Starsky a few weeks ago to have some scratches buffed out, they did a great job, I then asked them to use some touch up paint to make it even better. That did not turn out so well. Starsky got involved personally and made sure the job was redone correctly. It looks great now and I would recommend Starsky and his crew to anyone. TomJ

Was the designated driver for a good friend of mine who decided to have a more exciting birthday than usual. The result was a nice splatter of vomit inside the car. Tried to clean it myself, but I just couldn't get rid of the smell so I did Yelp search and found these great guys. I ordered their Full Interior Cleaning service. Price varies on the difficulty of the job and mine came out to be $160 for my Lexus RX300.
Pros: They did a great job cleaning everything in the car, getting rid of that horrid vomit stench and were even nice enough to wash off the outside of the car at no extra charge. My tires almost look like new!
Cons: Nothing really. I was a little disappointed that the $75 deal Sundays only applies to their "full auto detail service" and not to "all auto detail" services like I initially though from reading the ad.
They are a bunch of awesome guys and I would definitely go back to them if I have another mess to deal with or just feel like spoiling myself with some awesome car detailing. -

This place did an awesome job refinishing the paint on my car. A friend used my car for a wedding and tied a big bow to the front that had a loose wire on it. The wire scratched a patch of paint off my car. I brought my car to LD with the original paint and they did an amazing job painting, buffing and refinishing the surface of the car. They even dropped my car off at my work for me afterwards. I've also dropped off my car with LD before for a wax job and they put 3 layers for me, the car looked great thanks to them. This place has great customer service and they definitely know what they're doing.

*way* too much money for the quality of work. I have been there twice. Once it was good - the second time the experience was worth $ 25 that you get in any gas station car wash but I ended up paying $ 225.
After reading the reviews I went in for a inside cleaning. Even after being quoted $225 before hand I told them to go ahead since I haven't cleaned the car in about 2 months. I was expecting a car that was cleaned inside (vaccumed and mats washed, etc. the regular stuff) but unfortunately the outcome was way below my expectations.
The mats were not rinsed cleanly and were not dryed and put in place - they were still in the trunk - he asked me to put it in the sun for drying and put it back on later. This is not the service you get for $225
There was dust/dirt all around the door. No attention to detail.
There was visible dust - not minute ones - under the back glass. Clearly showing that they didn't even see that place and clean it.
Seriously not worth paying so much if they can not maintain their service conssitently. Doing it great once in a while is not enough and wont help you keep customers coming back.
I am not going back there. I'd rather do it myself or find another place in the bay area that does a consistently good job. -

These guys did a great job detailing the inside of my very, very dirty car. They did a very good job on the outside too. They really put a lot of effort and energy into their work. Some reviewers complain that they are not polished businessmen; while there's a little truth to that, these guys are amazing at what they do. If you're looking for a mediocre wash from a team of MBAs, go somewhere else. If you want your car to look like new, then go here.
I brought my dog-hair, sand, and mud covered 5 year old car in for a detailing to get it looking as good as possible before putting it up for sale. I was incredibly impressed with the amazing job they did of getting *all* of the hair, mud, and sand out of the car. Wow. The interior of the car looked brand spanking new. Great work.
They also detailed the outside and did a very good job there too. Car was incredibly shiny, and looked so good that the dealership gave me about $1000 more for the car than I thought it was worth (and I was biased to begin with). That's a pretty good return on investment.
As for the customer service end of things, I found them to be fair and accommodating. They squeezed me in without an appointment and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. They also shuttled me back and forth to my office. I was a little disappointed that they ultimately didn't have time to buff out a few scratches, and that the car was ready about an hour late, but considering the amazing job they did inside and out (even without the buffing, they got rid of almost all of the scratches), it would be unreasonable of me to be upset. -

Um they detail with qtips. It ended up very very clean. We have two kids--car seat age and they trashed our interior. Cheerios and Cheddar Bunnies were abound and now they are GONE GONE GONE. The floor was littered with small pieces of crakery things They actually removed the bench seat and cleaned. Amazed! They are also very nice.
A detail of this level takes a long so be prepared. They are close to Hillsdale Mall so you can get in a bit of shopping. They are pricey when you compare them to the 5 dollar car wash at your gas station, but you get what you pay for. The dust from in between the AC vents was cleaned. The inside door Handle. The break and speed pedals. I mean it was white glove clean.
I have never had a full detail like this and I am very happy. Now only if our kids didnt want Cherrio's in every ride. -

Despite the doors opening a few minutes after my "scheduled appointment time" (that seemed to be less of an appointment and more of an idea of how many people would be in that day) and a bit of a wait, I'm thrilled with the detailing service.
We brought in a car that was... less than clean. You see, we have two dogs that like to go to off-leash dog parks. And we just moved 1,000 miles and had to haul our own houseplants and other stuff. And we go to the beach. And we've hauled firewood in the car (only once! It's not a huge need in Seattle). And one of our favorite burger places in Seattle was a drive-in car-hop style place (Burgermaster). It wasn't trashed by any means but it certainly wasn't clean. As previous Seattle residents, we didn't really wash the car (with the rain, why bother?), so it was a little dusty.
What we got back was a spotless car; there are details in the upholstery and car interior I'd never noticed before. The carpets are clean; I'm not even sure they were that clean when the car was new! The exterior is just as clean - washed, polished and waxed. The only thing I could possibly complain about regarding the cleaning is that it left a distinct lemon-chemical smell for a few hours, which seems to already be fading from the car.
They left paper foot-well mats for both driver and passenger, so that we could not soil the carpet immediately and wait for it to be completely dry and aired-out before we were back to adding some sand and dirt to our car's interior.
Some notes for people considering bringing your car in:
While you *can* wait for your car, I wouldn't suggest it. We did wait, because this is our only car, and it was about five hours.
It seems most people bring their car in during the early opening hours and plan to come back and pick it up around closing.
I'm pretty sure we'll be back, maybe for a little less than full detail next time (just because we're obviously not spotless-car people, more like clean-but-obviously used to haul dogs and things car people, and I'd feel bad about all that cleaning going to waste!). Definitely recommended for a spotless car and friendly service!Listed in: The Bay Area

After not having a proper detail and cleaning for over 2 to 3 years, Vanessa (my car) was deserving of special treatment.
Starsky made sure it got all the attention it could. My car went in for a wash and detail along with a buff for parts that seriously needed it after a subpar paint job. The curves on Vanessa's body provided a bit of a challenge, but they made sure to pay attention to the everything I mentioned along with their own assessment of certain areas that needed more care.
They worked with flaws in the paint job as best as they could and it really does prove that they value Vanessa as much as I do. If you've named your car, then you know exactly what I mean.
I also got a pick up and drop-off that I didn't request, and that certainly put the icing on the cake. I got my errands done well before I got my Vanessa back, and I was able to enjoy a great hot weekend in what appears to be a brand new girl... err car.

Luxury Detail in San Mateo. Wow. I was very impressed with the outcome of my black Acura. After suffering through a horrendous nightmare with another body shop, Guillermo, Starsky's (Owner) right hand man, took all the swirl marks and orange peels away in one day.
I would be lying if I said I wasnt a bit hesitant at first. I got there at 9 a.m on a Saturday expecting to meet up with Starsky. He had not arrived yet so I spoke to Guillermo. According to Starsky, he is the only member of staff allowed to touch black cars which are the most sensitive. I explained to him what was needed and what was wrong with the car exactly. He went over the process thoroughly with me of what was involved in extracting all the swirl marks and orange peels.
At this point, I was convinced. Guillermo came off very professionally and had gained my trust in five minutes. Seeing how the job was going to cost me $350, a bit high, this was the reason for me feeling hesitant as previously stated.
I would have paid $400 dollars or more for the quality of work done. Worth every cent. My car looked flawless when it was finished. Literally looked like a new paint job, no joke.
All in all, personality, honor and customer service is what met and exceeded my expectations from Luxury Detail. With that said, I feel like Starsky is not a new business acquaintance of mine but a friend. In my past I have come across shops that do great work but have a horrible staff and or poor attitude.
Likewise, I have been to places that treat you like a king while your there and make your visit very pleasant but the quality of work is terrible.
Luxury Detail is the best of both worlds no bullshit. Excellent customer service and even better quality of work rendered.

Go see this man. You ll see what Im talking about and you will most definitely not be dissapointed.

Starsky and his crew deserve nothing less than 5 stars. They run a great business and are masters of their craft.
I found Luxury Detail on yelp this past Saturday. I called them up and Starsky set me up for an appointment for later in the day (3:30p). Getting to his shop was easy enough and is within walking distance to Starbucks and the Hillsdale Mall (great place to drop off the lady).
I wouldn't take my 911 turbo just anywhere. And well, she needed the pampering BAD at this point. Starsky and his crew were able to meet my need and exceed my expectations!
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Starsky. He explained the different levels of work you could get done and told me what he recommended. I went with the recommended full wash, interior clean, clay bar and then 3 stage wax. I'm so glad I listened to his advice. I've never seen my P-car look so clean!
The prices start at $35 for a normal wash and can go as high as $500 for a full "q-tip" detail. The place is called luxury detail for a reason; This is a place you can trust to work on your high-end toys (finally!).
One thing to note about Starsky. He's a real chill guy to work with. As someone previously mentioned in their review, Starsky does become a friend instead of simply a business person providing you a service. I spent most of my time there just shooting the breeze with Starsky. He was even nice enough to help me back my car out of his driveway into the street when it was done (as I was scared stiff to scrape on the way out while also having to watch out for oncoming traffic).
I'll definitely be back here soon. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my Porsche and Supra TT.Listed in: For the automotive enthusiast

I took our VW Golf here for an Interior Detail. We have a 150 pound Newfie who rides to work everyday, so every inch of the car was covered in dog hair, even the ceiling. And that wasn't even the worst of it-- our dog drools and left snail trails all over the black interior!
But this place made the car look brand new! It was incredible! I called around and the price seems pretty comparable (even less than some), and well worth every penny. I will be going back here! -

Outstanding service and quality. Starsky and co. got my service last year based on a good location, but earned it this year thanks to some great work and the ability to make my car look like I just drove it off the lot.
Both times I got the full detail service and was extremely satisfied with the outcome. They go through all the motions: hand wash, clay bar, double coat wax, vacuum, shampoo the carpets, condition the leather, etc.
Overall, A+ service and worth the time and money. -

After a sap/tar incident on our 2 month old A5, Starsky did a wonderful job removing the 10 marks from the paint. Although they are somewhat detectable if you really look ( it is dark blue, how can they be completely gone?) we are more than satisfied with his work. After having an additional paint treatment applied, we should be fine if and when this happens again. Starsky even asked us to bring it back one more time to give it a final once over.
We brought our new black BMW convertible in to have the same treatment applied yesterday and it looks better than the day I picked it up at the dealership 2 weeks ago (there is such a thing as "better than new").
By far, our best detail experience and they are local! Truly a find that you will walk away a happy customer. -

Impressive. My car has NEVER been this clean and shiny. I swear it looks better than when I bought it new. Starsky and his crew did an amazing job. There wasn't even a speck of dust in the air vents...talk about Q-tip detailing! They got out all the dog hair (from a Australian Shepherd who seems to shed a handful of hair every hour) from the fabric seats and shampooed all the stains out. I really felt like I was driving home a show car.
I didn't realize the interior detailing would take so long. I guessed 2 hours, but they ended up spending 4.5 hours on it (and it definitely shows). Here's my only advice: Always bring your car here to get detailed but bring a book..or two..or drop off the car and pick it up later. -

My girlfriend's stupid, drunken co-worker puked in the back seat of my car after a Social Distortion concert, leaving wine stains on my light-coloured leather. I tried to remove the stain with professional-grade leather cleaner to no avail. I went to Safeway and bought some kind of carpet cleaner because it said that it would remove red wine. Still no luck. I was convinced that I was going to have to reupholster the back seat, until I went to Luxury Detail.
Starsky, the owner, took a look at the car and commented that it was the same colour interior as his wife's car and that he had just the thing. Within a couple minutes he stepped out of the car and said, "good as new". I couldn't believe it - it really was good as new. When it's time for the full-blown detail, I'm definitely going to return to Luxury Detail. I wish I could rate them with six stars. -

Well one star says everything, I went for a full detail, paid a lot $$$ and then what ! at the end I need to look around every where in car and say see u missed this, you missed that and then he has funny excuse like "our hand doesn't reach there " !! oh ok let me clean this and then they all jumped back and cleaned for 5 minutes ... but what even after all this pain, its really dirty below the seats around the corner ... well try some other place.

This is the only place I take my car! They do a fantastic job. Last time I went to Autobahn, they even complimented on how nice the car looked(I had just left Luxury Detail :)
The cars are washed by hand and the job is done right the first time.
They pick my car up from my office if I don't have time to take it in and they are always reliable and trust worthy. Starsky the owner is super nice and accommodating, his team is the same way. -

Our Element was due for some TLC, so because of the location (close to work) and Yelpers, i figured i'd try LD. Too see if the hype is real....
I called Starsky on a Thursday for availablity.... He got me in the very next day. Wut everyone has said about Starsky, Kris and the rest of the krew is the absolute truth. Very approachable group of guy's, with the biggest passion for cars. We chatted for the longest time about cars, sports, boating and everything between........
I had a full detail done on the car. Starsky took the liberty to ask if there were any particular areas they should focus on more, i.e. scratches, spider marks. "we'll take care of it!"
At the end of the day i returned to what felt like, a brand new "out of the box" car. The car was BEAUTIFIED. From the inside and out, their attention to detail is krazy. Even as we were talking, they were showing me the results, you could see the guys wiping and polishing. These guys keep tending to my car until I left the shop. My car definatley ain't not Ferrari and it ain't no show car, but these guys treat it as if it was.
The LD Krew lived up to all the hype and exceeded my expectations. Best part of it all, is that the prices are so very reasonable. I Highly Recommend them. -

These guys did a great job. My car is so shiny new I can hardly believe it. From the chocolate milk on the back seats to the sun-baked ice cream residue from a cone left on my hood (city-living) I wasn't sure what to expect. Looks beautiful and they easily accomodated my need to drop off and pick up after hours. While it's in an industrial area it was easy biking to the train/office from their office. Now I just feel bad parking my beautiful car on the street.

amazing.
i am not some one who keeps their car clean (or...to be honest, even makes an effort). mud, dirt, spilled coffee, rogue breakfast crumbs, dog hair galore. after 5 years of heavy abuse, i decided to splurge on getting it detailed.
when i picked up my car from Luxury Detail, i couldn't believe the car they handed me was actually mine. it looked like it did when i drove it off the lot brand new years ago! looks great - the seats and floors are spotless, exterior is super shiny, all the nooks and crannies inside are clean.
the fact that all the guys there are super friendly and easy to work with is definitely icing on the cake. starsky make it easy to schedule an appointment, up front about what they'd do and how long it would take.
i came across this place from a livingsocial deal - but after seeing the result, i would have paid full price. i'd definitely recommend them to friends & family, and anyone thinking of selling their car (the boost in appearance will add some serious value to your vehicle!). great job guys! -

I have a 1962 Ranchero that I needed cleaned up and polished for a car show. The paint on the car is original so it was quite faded and orange peeled. I left it with them, they wet sanded it, and polished it (even my truck bed!) They did an awesome job, most of my club buddies thought the car had been repainted. Along with doing excellent work, they turned it around in a day and the price was lower than any quote I got for similar work. I will be back this year in time for Hot August Nights

This is not just a car wash place, it's the best damn detailing shop in the area!
They are so thorough that your car will look newer than brand new after a day at Auto Luxury Detail. They are located on a tiny, tiny lot (really miniscule) on El Camino, but you will always see so many Porsches and high-end cars parked there, waiting to get detailed.
For those not accustomed to paying for a real detail job, the price may seem high. However, their price is extremely reasonable for the service you receive (OK, again, it's not a car wash place, so an interior detailing job for a pedestrian 2-door car would cost you around $150--this was about 2 years ago).
A great Father's Day gift, perhaps? Don't get him a new car, get a detailing job at Auto Luxury Detail! He may not even realize that it's the same car. -

I thought this place was down the Camino from me, but alas they're in San Carlos. No worries! He offered to pick up my car at my job then return it. Basically I needed my car looking its best so I could sell it. It was pretty grungy & had some dents and scratches. He got the car looking great. Bumper scratches were buffed away, all the little specs of dirt and dust were picked up. I ended up selling the car fairly quickly for my asking price! Worth every penny spent here.

This place is AMAZING!!! I had soooo much rail dust all over my 10 year old white honda civic and one of the panels was dull and not shiny anymore. I brought it here and they clay barred it and did whatever they did to the panel to make it shine like new. The car seriously looked brand new! They probably got off like 95% of the rail dust, and I didn't expect it to be that much. Not to mention they put on 3 coats of wax, a sealant and even vacuumed the inside! It was all that for only $200 which compared to other quotes I got is really good. The owner, Starsky is also super nice! If I need any other work, I'm definitely going here, and I've already recommended that my parents go here too. THANK YOU STARSKY! I LOVE my car again! :D

I usually prefer to detail my car myself, but summer is around the corner and I don't have 5 hours to clean, condition, and wax on top of everything else on my own so I called on Yelp. My appointment was made for approximately 11 am and I showed up around 10:40. There were already 4 or 5 cars they were working on, and I didn't want to slow them down so I told him I needed the car by 3pm, 4 at the latest because I had to work. I said bye to my baby and walked over to starbucks. At about 12:45 I went back over to see if there was any progress, and they were even busier! I saw my car parked and was told the inside had been detailed and the car wash was the only task left. I walked away kind of disappointed but decided to nap it off at home. I hadn't received any call so by 3:30, so I gave them a call and said I could easily pick it up tomorrow morning if that was better. Thankfully he said they were just finishing up and it would be ready by the time I got there.
Yeeee I was so happy to have a clean, shiny, beautiful car. Inside and out.
And since that visit, I've been back and they were able to take the re-fried beans oil/grease off the exterior. Don't ask.
Highly recommended with reasonable prices. -

This place is the best!! Great work, very affordable prices and very friendly staff. The location is very large and they have a great area to lounge and watch TV or play pool while your car is getting babied. Shoot, where else can you do that?? No where treats you like they do.
I always have brought my cars here and I always will.

Found Luxury Detail through Yelp and it was a great decision. Starsky is very personable and very detailed oriented. He took care of all the details from the cup holders to the tires. The car looked absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. He made sure everything was perfect before letting me go. I really appreciate his focus to detail and his positive attitude. Highly highly recommended.

I made an appointment for a Sunday to take advantage of the $75 off advertised here. I arranged to meet Starsky before my 9:30 am appointment so he could give me a ride home. I received a call around 1:20 pm saying my car was done and Starsky offered to bring it back to my house if I could give him a ride back. My car looks/smells good. He said they use eco-friendly cleaners and that provided the scent. All went well and I appreciated the extra trouble Starsky took to bring me home and bring the car back to me yesterday.

We took both our Volvo sedan and Sienna here and they did a great job on both. We have three kids, so both cars were DISGUSTING on the inside. They got the gum off of the leather seats (don't ask) and both cars looked like new when they were done. They also buffed out a scratch when one of the cars had been keyed, you can't even see it anymore. Very flexible and helpful, highly recommended.

I docked 1 star for every extra trip that I needed to make to this place and another for not being done with the car at the agreed to times - twice. I brought my car in on saturday morning after making an appointment with starsky for 9am. He assured me that my car would be done that day and as I was making a day trip to the beach, i asked him to leave my car on the street and I would come by later to pick it up. I dropped by around 8pm and and lo and behold, my car was nowhere to be found and after checking my phone - no messages or calls either.
I figure - "ok, so maybe he left and forgot to tell his guys to do what I asked" so I left a message at and starsky called me back later that night. We agreed that I would go by and pick it up around 2pm on sunday.
I rode my bike there, go there a little early, and found out that they weren't even done with my car. it's not that big of a deal... but since i got there around 15 minutes early and it was ready to go 15 minutes after we agreed to meet (not to mention the night before he didn't mention that they still needed to finish it) and when he was showing it to me he was wiping a couple of spots that looked like they had been missed... i felt like the job was rushed. took a look, the car looked shiny... nothing amazing happened like a lot of the other people mentioned but i haven't been maintaining my car's exterior that well so i wasn't really expecting a miracle - the job looked ok.
After getting my car back, Starsky calls me and lets me know that they forgot to give me back my sunglasses and all the quarters I left in the ashtray. I let him know I can't make it in during his shop hours because i work longer hours than his shop is open so we agree that he'll leave my stuff in a prearranged spot for me to pick up monday night. i end up working late monday night and am at work until 11pm... i really don't want to make the extra trip but want to get it over with so i go over and surprise surprise, my stuff is not around anywhere... huge waste of time and i'm super pissed at this point.
i've got all my stuff now but really? did you really need to make me make 3 extra trips out there? will not be going back to this place. -

They've moved recently so they were still settling into the new place. I got a great deal for paint sealing and so far the car is holding a nice shine. And the work fast. I'd recommend them.
