392225392Oct 4, 2021Mal was amazing! I purchased my service via Groupon and was so pleased. We did eyebrow design, threading and tinting. I've never been tinted before and it was a quick and painless experience. The shop is very cute and quaint, drive slowly or you will miss it. There's one parking spot for customers right in front or pay to park via the meter or app. I'll def be back. So happy to have found my new eyebrow lady !

Fantastic experience! Couldn't have been more satisfied with my results. Got a lash lift and eyebrow lamination. Dana was patient, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing! I will definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family!

I went today for a brow consultation with the owner Ana & she was great. I've been growing my brows out for a couple of months & was in need of shaping.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to experiment with anything permanent yet so she was able to guide me .Ana recommend a brow lamination with Dana. It surpassed my expectations & I'm in love with the results! I am returning next week for a lash lift. I highly recommend & I am so happy I found

I chose Luxe based on the eyebrow reviews and proximity to my work. Ana did not disappoint! She uses a gentle wax. The tint was a perfect shade. Appointments can be easily made through the website. Pricing is competitive with other salons. I'll be back!

Christina E.New York, NY9213Aug 3, 2022I used to get my brows done here... just a standard tint and tweeze. I would see Ana who I believe is the owner. I requested a tweeze over waxing because the wax irritates my skin. However, several times she ignored me and waxed away anyway! To avoid confrontation and an awkward moment I never said anything. She always seemed annoyed to be there. Eventually I wanted to try micro-blading with Ana as the website advertises her as an "Allure nominated Eyebrow Designer". I had done micro-blading once before but it had started to fade. She said it looked like sh*t ...was done by an amateur, and that she could do better. So I gave it a shot but it hurt like HELL (I'm not sure its supposed to hurt that much) I desperately felt like something had gone wrong but she told me she couldn't numb me for the first pass because it had to penetrate deeper or something. At the end of the service I pointed out that she had made one brow longer than the other. She said "NO, YOUR NOSE IS JUST CROOKED" and boasted that her work was symmetrical. Talk about full of yourself!! I was so done after that and now just trying to find someone to remove this awful micro-blading that is uneven and faded to an ugly reddish pink! Worse off than when I started. I don't know about the hair styling services here but AVOID BROW SERVICES AT ALL COSTS! Nothing award winning here.

Hi Christina, thank you for your feedback, we always like to hear from our customers. I don’t know what prompted you to write this almost 4 years later, I had to go and find your appointment because something felt really off about all the things you are saying about me and the way I speak and treat my costumers. I finally found your pictures and forms and this service took place back in 2019. Luckily, I have your before picture where you can clearly see your eyebrows were pink from the previous artist’s work. I WOULD never use the terms you are describing to recommend a client a different approach for her eyebrows and I would never trash another artist. As far as you not wanting to get waxed at my salon I always give the customer the choice of walking away if they don’t want to wax however, waxing is what we do so this is very confusing. If you weren’t happy with the wax services I don’t know why you kept coming, or even more why you would schedule a service as big as microblading. Regarding the pain during the procedure, I don’t pre numb for microblading because it affects the texture of the skin so it does hurt and I do tell everyone that it hurts for a few minutes until I can add secondary numbing. As far as the shape goes, I always spend over 20 minutes measuring and discussing the shape with the client and I will not proceed until we are both in agreement. If you have a deviated nose I explain with measurements what our options are and why I suggest doing what we are doing and if you disagree I don’t proceed. In addition, as stated in the contract you received and sign, I have no control of what the pigment from the previous artist will do once mine has faded and at this point it is safe to say my pigment is long gone 3+ years later.- Leslie R.Miami, FL03Jul 9, 2022
Ana is a professional and master at what she does. Her brows skills are impeccable as well as her knowledge on skin, facials and personalized/customized recommendations for the best skin care.

She never misses a beat, always exceeds my expectations and my hair has come out beautiful, shiny, full and healthy looking every single time. Best of all, she's super gentle with her blowouts and has never burned my scalp (if you know, you know how bad those hurt!). I've always been in and out in 1 hour including the wash, style and flat iron. I haven't had my hair styled with any of the other stylists but from what I've seen they're just as wonderful and the salon is adorable. 10/10 recommend!

I'm so happy with the results. I thought a pin-set blowout was the basic, but I've met many stylists who either don't or don't know how to do one, but Waynesha did it without issue. She gave me exactly what I asked for, and I'm thrilled with the results.
If you offer packages, I'm in for sure. Serving wine would be an added bonus!
I was looking forward to my next visit.
