I feel that when you book an appointment at a salon of this caliber it should not matter who you sit with, the cut should be good.  I needed a cut in a pinch and booked with a girl with an opening.  I gave her a lot of freedom with what to do as I am not too picky about my hair (married life will do that to you).

I told her I did not want it to look like a military crew cut and it scared her from cutting anything off the sides.  After giving my hair a once over she was going to send me out the door with what was obviously a horrible hair cut.  I had to walk her though some areas that had to be fixed before I would walk out the door and then had my hair recut today, 5 days later, to fix some funky areas where she just plain messed up.

There were other stylists making people look incredible, and I am sure that if you were in one of their chairs our rating would be much better, but as a business I expected much more for the perceived quality and very real price.
