I wouldn't really call it a park because it's a fairly small are that's located just a few blocks from the fountain and the Lunada Bay market. It's literally a few blocks from where I live, so it's very accessible and just a nice chill area during cool days. There's not much to see, but Lunada Bay isn't too far away from the coastline... where you can go out to the cliffside and watch the sunsets. I always use the opportunity to come out and get some sunlight when I'm feeling trapped in my home.

This park apparently has no name, so I gave it one.  It's in front of the Lunada Bay Market in prime PV Estates.  Beautiful area.
The lack of a name could be 'cause it's a fairly new park, or perhaps because it appears to be simply an extension of the foot path that runs along PV Drive.  http://www.yelp.com/bi...
At the point of the park, the foot path takes a detour around the fountain in the middle of the intersection.  So you are routed through the lovely little park to get you out of the line of fire of traffic.
This park is absolutely charming.  There is nothing but landscaping and seating, no facilities of any kind.  It's intended to adorn the intersection and that it does.

Lunada Bay Market is a local landmark. It's been there for some 75 years.  http://www.yelp.com/bi...
The hardware store next to the park is vintage as well.  Then you got the fountain right in the middle of the road.  Eye candy everywhere.  It's a cool spot.

The park and the little plaza are about midway point on the walking path, so it's an opportunity to refresh and rest a bit under the shade trees.
    Always plenty of free parking.
