Lucky's Prime Time

The Food was excellent, the quantities were very generous and the waiter was good.

The only concern I had was, the ladies restroom toilet was dirty and there was lack of paper towel to dry hands which I brought to a very UNCONCERNED manager on duty Sunday afternoon!

Food is excellent. Service is excellent and ambience very relaxing and comfortable stuffed mushrooms were so good and huge and delicious. Steak fried calamari was excellent too. Great appetizers

The food was excellent! The service was good, the portions were very generous and the prices were so reasonable.....The only sore spot was the ladies' restroom toilet seat was nasty underneath the rim and there was no paper towel. Unfortunately, when I brought to the Manager's attention, that the restroom needed attention she just ignored me!

I was nervous to eat here after reading all of the recent negative reviews but I think this place is OUTSTANDING. Everyone at my table LOVED their food and we've got some extremely picky eaters in this family! The prime rib was melt in your mouth good. The filet mignon bites were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. (Tender and juicy.) The brussels with bacon were legit as was the salad and soup. Portions were ginormous and the service was great. I will definitely be back!

Lucky Prime is one of our favorites and this day was no different. Food service and value! We went on a Sunday after church we can be busy anywhere and we got our food when it was hot and drinks were coming nonstop. We try to go here at least once or twice a month. My Mom had the lobster and steak I had the glazed porch chops my daughter had the Mac n cheese and my Dad had the prime rib.

We love the food here! Portions are hearty and prices are great for what you get here. We always have a great meal here!

Great food and great service. It does get busy at dinner time, but should be a good testament of how good the food is.

I love Lucky's - but not this location!! We got seated and got our water immediately and menus, and that was where the good part ends. We each ordered a dinner meal that came with a salad or soup. we both got salad which the waitress brought out immediately. The dinner salad that comes with the meals is actually very good. That began our hour and a half wait for our meal. This restaurant was not full at the time. There were many open tables so I couldn't figure out what was taking so long.

The waitress came by once to refill my water and my friend at some point asked her how much longer it was going to be, and she kind of blew him off. When she brought my dinner I asked her where my baked potato was and she said oh you didn't order one but I'll go get you one!! That was so strange because when she asked me what side dishes I wanted, she directed me to the back of the menu where I said do you have baked potato and she said yes. Then she said what other side dish would you like so I got broccoli. The broccoli was literally floating in a bowl of water, which I poured out onto another plate because I couldn't believe it actually had so much water in it. I'm guessing that maybe it was frozen broccoli and that was the moisture that had melted off the frozen part.

In any event, there was nothing really good after the salad arrived so I would never go to this restaurant again !!

We were seated immediately when we arrived at 4:30pm but the restaurant was already starting to fill up for dinner. Our server was really nice and the food came out quickly. The fresh bread they serve is so good! Warm and garlicky, with butter on the side. We had saganaki for an appetizer and it was delicious as usual. My husband had the filet medallions and I had the lamb chops. We both agreed they were cooked to our liking and were seasoned well. The Brussels sprouts side are really good too. The only downfall of this meal was that none of our kids enjoyed their chicken tenders and fries which is shocking. The pieces were very big for tenders. We asked our server for a kids pepperoni pizza instead and she informed us they cannot return food so it would be an additional charge. I'm fine with that, it's only $8 but it seems wasteful that my kids food went practically untouched and then would end up in the garbage soon after. Unfortunately they didn't like the kids pizza either, it's served on a flatbread and was kind of soggy in the middle. Probably needed at least another minute or 2 in the oven. Overall we enjoyed the (adult) food but probably won't return with our kids lol

Came for lunch on a Friday and as always, everything was on par. I don't think I've ever been at dinner so I can't comment on that but they do a decent lunch crowd. I like to sit at the bar because of how cozy of a nook it is.

Started with the Raspberry Martini and as the picture lets on, it was fabulous! Then it's a race once the bread is delivered because it is fresh from the oven and there's no time for pictures.

Ordered the 7oz Filet, medium rare because is there any other way?! I love when restaurants offer sweet baked potato; it's my favorite! What better way to incorporate something sweet and feel like your having dessert before actually having dessert?!

I haven't had a bad meal here so I'm pretty sure you won't either. The prices are beyond fair for the quality!
