Lucha Cantina in Littleton is your stop for fresh, creative Mexican food and more. Our menu is full of your favorites, from starters like "Lucha Red Bird Drummies" and smothered chili queso fries to entrees like our "Luchita en Fuego" tacos and our famous Wahoo fish tacos. We have soups and chilis, salads, steaks, and even a menu for the kids. Nothing goes better with Mexican food than a great margarita, and at Lucha Cantina, we make world class margaritas every day. We have the best selection of tequila around - we only use 100% blue agave tequila - and we always use fresh juices, not sour mix from a bottle. Visit us for a quick lunch or dinner with family, friends or anyone that loves a flavorful and fun meal. Join us Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 to 2 for our mimosa brunch.

Ok I haven't even got food yet but - amazing setting with two huge patios on the lake, nice inside too and a huge parking area.
I'm here early, about 4pm and it's dead but just loving this lake view.
Also love all the happy hour prices (2-6!)
with $3 pints of a wide variety of beers and $4-5 appetizers.
If I lived near here, I'd live here.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 25, 2019
My boyfriend kept pumping me up by telling me how wonderful the food is here, so we decided to check it out. A lady started going up to us and was staring at us, but since she didn't smile or greet us, I assumed it was a customer especially since we were seated by someone else. Turns out, our waitress was the un-smiling lady lol. After we ordered the appetizers, it took a LONG time for them to take our entrees orders like we were halfway done with our appetizers before we could make our order so I don't know if service is super slow or she assumed we were going to just eat nachos without asking if we wanted to order entrees until way later.
The food itself was very delicious though. The nachos were crispy and full of flavor. The Colorful Colorado (basically three different types of enchiladas) were really yummy and filling. It took me two days to finish the whole dish! I took a bite out of my boyfriend's cheesesteak chimichanga and it was also really unique and good. The portions overall are worth the price you're paying.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Mar 2, 2019
They were so nice to offer free meals to furloughed Federal Government Employees during the 2019 shutdown, and they did not skimp on portion size, both my (Colorful Colorado Enchilada Combo, free) and my mom's (The Killer Kilo Bowl, paid) came out big enough for two people over at least two meals! They were hot, satisfying, saucy, cheesy, and just plain comfort food!
The waiter treated us with respect and encouraged us to come back with more friends and family to take advantage of the promotion daily! I feel welcomed at Lucha Cantina Littleton and have already added it to my staple Mexican joints to visit. Thank you again!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jun 25, 2018Updated review
Always super margs on Mobday. Ala cart tacos.
Such a nice way to relax after a walk around the lake. Live music was extra special on the outdoor patio. I just had to stay. and they are pet friendly.
Nice staff!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jan 31, 2018Previous reviewAgain, my favorite carnitas tacos with the corn shell, stop drop and roll salsa, margarita, sunny patio took me back to summer. It's November, and I swear it is at least 80 degrees. I'm tanning, soaking up the views and letting that salsa burn as I am thoroughly stuffed.
They have Margarita Monday's. I order the 2 taco al la cart, no beans or rice.
They are consistent.
I can't believe they don't have a solid 5 star rating.
I am so thrilled they open up the patio in November!
Update, love the food, but today the bartender on a Weds. was dismissive to me. I was the only woman, 4 people in the place. He cut fruit. He checked on the men, asked if they enjoyed their meal, threw my food in front of me and walked away. I said I can tell it's a different cook today. He replied what's your problem? I had ordered my favorite salsa so I had to remind him I didn't get my salsa. He brought the salsa and I had him take the tacos back to finish melting the cheese. He had a very dismissive attitude. Not my usual experience. Go on Monday's, not Wednesday's!Nov 13, 2017Previous reviewAgain, my favorite carnitas tacos with the corn shell, stop drop and roll salsa, margarita, sunny patio took me back to summer. Two complained the rellenos had no flavor. I love rellenos, but the flavor depends on the chili used. As with Goldilocks and the three bears, chills will be too hot for some, too bland for others and just right for a few. The margarita was really good and I am going to go back and try them again. I could care less if there are Hispanics, or not at any "Mexican" restaurant. I guess some folks don't know that there are many Mexican cattle ranches and vaqueros- Mexican cowboys. I thought it was decorated nicely, it was clean, and the service fast and friendly. Tons of flavor in the taco! I had to take one home because I got too full!
Ok second visit, Carley took amazing care of us and recommended the chili vodka for the Bloody Mary! Tried the second hottest salsa and I am still enjoying the warm flavors! Still had to take home a taco.
Been here a few more times. Awesome to never be ignored! Had the carnitas tacos this time. So good, but I couldn't finish all three! I got two tubs of their salsas to go. The last three are so good, and I love to mix my own heat with each bite. Please come visit this place. I really want it to stay! Okay, So this location is pretty good but my favorite is in George Town.
The style of food is a bit different more of a Tex Mex style.
I really enjoyed my Chili Relleno and they have a salsa tester appetizer that was really good.
The only thing I thought was odd was there was hardly anyone here and not a lot of staff working. Sat at a table in the bar area and was taken care of by the bar tender and really did not see anyone else working. We almost did not come in because the parking lot was pretty much empty but we remembered how good the George town was so we went in and this was at dinner time at the end of the week.
The food was great so we will be back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 8, 2019
We're big fans of the Georgetown location, so we were excited to finally try this location. Yup, we're fans of here too!
The place was slow, but service was efficient and food was quick. Was disappointed that this location doesn't have the chicken tortilla soup, but the rest of our meal reminded us of the Georgetown location. The salsa sampler is great - nice variety of really well made salsas with a good scaling of heat. My wife really liked her chili relleno, as the pulled chicken was surprisingly tender and juicy and the relleno perfectly cooked. My tamale and taco platter was fantastic: well executed tamale which was perfect with the pork green chili, and one of the best beef tacos I've ever had (seriously, so simple, yet so flavorful). Even the black beans are well seasoned. Great Tex-Mex flavors all around.
Definitely happy this location will satisfy our Lucha Cantina cravings! Now if only they could add the chicken tortilla soup...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kerri A.Dallas, TX1122829Sep 25, 2018
We love this spot-
And have recently learned what a great deal the lunch specials are. THe food is fresh, delicious and not greasy at all (as a lot of Mexican food is). Location is great too- you can walk around the reservoir after u eat and you'll feel less guilty. I highly recommend the chicken enchiladas with Rojo sauce. Yum-o!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jun 17, 2019
Our food was alright. We sat inside, but they have a nice patio looking out over a lake. Service was good. I would love to come back to sit on the patio with a margarita and the queso. The queso was really good.

Went to this location with a friend on the fly. We had planned to go somewhere else but had trouble locating it so my friend found this place and drove to it. We sat in the bar and the bartender was the server for the area. He did not seem very knowledgeable about his beer inventory when my friend asked about different types of beer. He was very polite and friendly, though.
My friend ordered the chicken quesadilla and I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo. when our food came out the quesadilla was quite small and my friend commented that it was just average. My breakfast burrito was covered in sauce, something I was unaware of when I ordered it. Additionally the only flavor I could taste was that of salt. I couldn't distinguish any other flavors and couldn't even taste the sour cream. Considering that the breakfast burrito was $11 for potatoes, eggs, cheese, sour cream, salsa, chorizo, and a tortilla I expected more.
I would not return to this location, nor would I recommend it to any of my friends. We still tipped well and vowed never to come back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
