This place has some cool stuff, but it's pricey, especially when I know where to find some of it for a fraction of the cost. However, if you saw some of the shit in my home, ie: black feather wreath, bat skeleton, crucifixes on the wall, red couch etc, it would stand to reason that I would love a lot here. For example, replica coral, bugs encased in resin, chandeliers, Victorian baubles and so on, all would be a welcome addition to my ever growing macabre dcor.

. . . and the owner & staff are nice :-) The stuff I've bought here are some of the pieces in my home decor that all guests comment on: "cool, where'd you get that?".

one of my favorite stores in seattle! aside from some of the major purchases the place has to offer, i find most of the items to be affordable and love love love all that black! she has an incredible eye for cool... and though i have heard otherwise from friends, she has always been really nice as well...
FYI- she has great halloween finds!

This place is just scrumptious! The narrow space is filled with scented candles and lotions, the walls are lined with stationary and wrapping paper that reminds me of french wallpaper.. antique chandeliers hang from the ceiling. This place just feels like Europe! I don't remember the prices because for once in my life I was thinking "whatever it costs, it's worth it". Go here for gifts and simple things to make you feel more like the princess you are!

This store is inspiring - looks good, smells good, and the things I touched felt good. If only I could actually afford to buy more than ribbon by the yard here . . .

You can smell the place 3 feet before you enter the closed door and it smells great. The candles and lotions really are divine. Unfortunately, my taste runs more towards Asian and modern so there was plenty of stuff I thought was beautiful and tasteful but not something I'd buy for myself. And I just don't like chandeliers, especially with lots of crystals and gewgaws. If you do though, this would be a great place to get them. Lots of sparkles and tradition.

Great place to find that very special card or stationery. One day I'm going to have one of those chandeliers...
