I was initially very impressed with the law firm, they seemed to have credentials, evident from the settlements they won and how they market themselves. They were also professional and seemed confident with what they were doing. Thus I choose a lawyer here to represent me. But the thing that became progressively obvious is that my lawyer apparently has a issue of not updating details or new info. pertaining to the case. I am the one who ALWAYS has to make a telephone call to get updates and other details pertaining to the case. It makes me feel as though they don't care about the case as I once assumed, or somehow they are pulling my strings. In conclusion, the lawyer is still representing as of now-even with my dubiosity-I hope that there is a positive solution at the end of all of this.

we had a very negative experience with this law firm. We contacted them as we thought it a top law firm in medical malpractice as the previous review suggested.
we found out that they are very arrogant and and apparently they are only good in marketing themselves, not a practicing malpractice law.
Our suggestion, take your case to someone lean and less well known who would really care to fight for you and get you some $$$ for your case.
if you choose to deal with them expect the worse.
We had a VERY positive experience dealing with this law firm as did our friends who referred us to them. When we finally decided to contact a lawyer we had done our research into law firms that handle medical malpractice and Lubin & Meyer really stood out. Their web site talked about some amazing verdicts and settlements but also about how they have been able to make changes in the lives of their clients and in the medical system. When we called the firm, we got to speak directly to one of the partners who was very patient with us as we explained what had happened at the hospital. When we went into their office for our first meeting, we met with a nurse who was assigned to our case as well as the partner we spoke to on the phone. They gave us as much time as we needed to tell our story and addressed all our questions and concerns about how it would work if we decide to go forward with a case.
We could tell from the way they treated us in this initial meeting that they took our personal situation very seriously, and we knew we were in good hands. We know that they represent many clients, but since that first phone call they have always made us feel like our case was their number one priority. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
