I'll confess up front that I knew Dr. Trieu before she was Dr. But nevertheless, my experience here has been nothing but great. The staff is friendly and diligent. I never get the sense that they're fabricating cavities just to get my money. There aren't any stupid spa-like frills, so I know what I'm paying for (since I didn't have dental insurance for 4 years) is simply the high quality service. I once even googled Dr. Trieu and found that she was outstanding dental student at Baylor or something or other. But be forewarned, they're pricey. Just know that you're actually paying for good dental service you actually need.
Also note it's embarrassing to have to admit you haven't flossed as much as you should to someone you know.

I had 3 cavities removed at Lovers Lane dental. The dental work done was satisfactory. However, after I paid my portion of insurance, a couple hundred dollars, I received a $400 bill from them several months later. As we can expect this situation with insurance companies and medical work, I attempted to resolve the situation with Lovers Lane for 4 months. The office manager was non-responsive, as well as both dentists. I even sent a certified letter to both dentists which was never answered. I also never received any bills after December, but called back in April to check on the situation and found that I still had the large bill sitting there. Lovers Lane Dental's non-responsiveness and ridiculous pricing for basic services have turned my experience into a nightmare. If you're seeking a dentist in Dallas that charges fairly for their services and has the common courtesy to return their patients' phone calls, Lovers Lane Dental is not your place!
