By listening to stories about other body shops in the area, they are one of the best. When I had to take my car in for a repair, I went in for an estimate and they were able to find a spot where it also was damaged from the accident when the other two body shops I've brought for an estimate couldn't find. (and the damage was obvious once mentioned. It was something that was not suppose to be missed by a professional.)
They took some pictures and prepared an invoice for the insurance company on the spot so the billing will go smoothly. They have 24/7 towing service along with their free loaner cars.
Of course they will wash your car when everything is done, and they are very friendly. They might be a little far away, but it is worth the trip. -

Jeez I hate to bash a local business, but we won a full detail for our truck, and so we took it in, very excited to have the truck detailed. When we picked it up 2 days later, it had not been washed! The bed of the truck was visibly dirty with trash still in there. Although the inside was done pretty well, we felt it was kind of bunk that it was not completely washed. The guy was super nice and said he'd wash it "again", but after 2 days we really needed our truck back. Unfortunately it was a bad experience and we would not recommend them for a detail.

The best auto body shop Santa Rosa has to offer!
I have been getting my car fixed here for years. Not only are the owners great, but they are always VERY honest with me and try to save me money. My repairs are always done on time. They are sympathetic when your car goes in and make your car comes out like brand new!
Great people great family business.
So worth it I drive 50 miles to have my car repaired there! -

Excellent service...car was like new again after destroying the front end courtesy of Cal Trans and a nice, big sinkhole that opened up on I-80 during a rain storm.
Very professional, honest, kind employees. I would absolutely take my car here again. They even had some good tips for me about auto insurance. -

Fabulous service! Top notch work!
On my own dime I had broken trunk hinges and springs replaced. This was a fairly low dollar job. I got a fair quote.
The service rep kept me in the information loop during the work via voice-mail and e-mail.
I got the car back at the quoted price. They wash & waxed the entire car, detailed the car interior and steamed cleaned my engine! It looks like a new car under the hood!
In his unfortunate era of minimal on-the-job human performance, Lou Saare is paragon of doing the right thing.
Highest Recommendation. -

Just got my BMW fixed here, everything looks great!
Henry emailed me updates the whole time, the fix was quick, car was detailed before delivery. Everything went great, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and reliable bodyshop in the Sonoma County area. I drove all the way from Concord to go here. -

Lou Saare is one of the last vestiges of mind-blowing customer service, care, and integrity. Whatever brings you here: an outrageous collision, a crap insurance company, auto detail fetish, or maybe you don't drive at all, but you're just depressed and starved for reassurance that there are compassionate, ethical people in the world that take pride in being nice to others and going the extra mile, you will leave not only a most satisfied customer, but feeling somehow better about life and the world.
Harry and his team fixed my dented up Prius TO PERFECTION. They were incredibly detailed, down to vacuuming the inside, washing the steering wheel, cleaning everything on the dash and console, organizing my glove box and tackling the commuter clutter-heap that marred the backseats by collecting it into a cardboard box.
I could see my reflection in the car's new luster. My engine and everything under the hood was sparkling clean, and probably sterile enough to taste had I been hungry. It looked better than when I bought it new. On any ordinary day you would find me deranged with cynacism, but driving away from Lou Saare I beamed with the wholesomeness of Shirley Temple.
They even left me an envelope on the seat with a thank you letter and a $10 Starbuck's card!
Though I live about an hour and a half away from the shop, my car is monogamously bound to Lou Saare. -

once again, i was involved in a fender bender...i am using Lou Saare for the 2nd time because a few years ago, i had a major accident w my Honda, and they did such an amazing job on the body work.......well, my new 2010 Honda was in their hands for 2 weeks, and once again, the car came out looking better than when i bought it !!.........these guys are so solid, and extremely helpful , especially Terry :) and on top of that, they gave me a 10 dollar starbucks card.........5 STARS ALL THE WAY ....thanx Lou Saare :)
