We had a late night emergency power outage that was due to wiring issues in our home. We called Lotus and within 20 minutes Dulo was at our house and fixing the issues.
With a small child in the house we needed our problem fixed and quickly since it was mid winter and our furnace was out! Dulo did just that and explained thoroughly what the problem was and what we could do to make sure It didn't happen again, without trying to sell us ANYTHING!!!
I would highly recommend this business and especially Dulo!

Updated review: We recently had AQUA HV/AC out for maintenance and we asked them to look at the attic fan initially installed by Lotus Electrical Contractors because it was very noisy when running. The technician found that the fan was held by two nails and he could wiggle it up and down, which he believed was causing the noise. He also mentioned it should have been secured with more nails and that their company gets on the roof to apply "tar" to seal it. This new review is exactly what Aqua told us and we believe that the way they secure attic fans sounds a lot more professional.

If you need any electrical work done, you don't have to look any further than Lotus. We just purchased a home and needed to upgrade our service, install a generator and fix all the wrong electrical handyman work than was done. Dulo, the owner of Lotus, was extremely helpful with everything that had to be done and fixed the right way. If you looking for someone who is not pushy at all and time was no object in explaining what I wanted done, the work he was going to do and just answering any questions I had, he is definitely the man for the job. He came out at least 3 times just to answer questions I had and I didn't even sign a contract with him yet. Most contractors want you to sign a contract first, but this was not the case with Dulo. Once we went through all my questions about what I wanted done, we sat down and went over everything in detail. He explained all the work that he was gong to do on the estimate, sentence by sentence. You never know what you are going to fine when you are doing work on an older home and he found some things that had to be fixed that were not in the contract and he fixed them at NO CHARGE TO ME. The workers were very friendly and extremely neat cleaning up any debris each day they were here. As the work was being done, Dulo and his workers had no problem explaining everything they were doing because I am a pretty handy guy and just wanted to learn some things while they were working. There was no time limit on the job to be completed. They did run into some problems with the work that someone else did but there only concern was not the extra time they were putting in to get the job done but getting the job done the right way. We couldn't be happier with the work that Lotus did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had an electric service upgraded and received several bids. Dulo, the owner of Lotus, was very pleasant and not pushy at all. He explained what his estimate included, and the scope of the work better than the other contractors. So, I decided to use his company and could not have been happier with the choice. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He even stayed beyond normal work hours to complete the job: he replaced older flexible wiring runs with solid pipe, he installed a new panel with a new exterior service, he showed me the wiring work within the panel before he closed it up, and he even traced/labeled all the circuits and made sure my previous wire and circuit sizing was appropriate. Would recommend him to any of my friends. It's a nice feeling to get what you pay for.
