Ricki our server was great last night!!
She handled our large group of 23 with ease and grace.
The food was excellent, the drinks were delicious and the service was exceptional!
See you when we come back to visit!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jo S.Arvada, CO02Apr 14, 2024
Used to go there about 20 years ago. My new guy wanted to try it out. He got what they called a steak (sirloin, I think), but it was thinner than a McDonalds cheeseburger patty, and I could almost swear it wasn't beef. Tasted like the pressed meat you get in Mexico that has weird fillers. I got fajitas, which were meh.
I warned him that the place did not have good food. Now he knows.
I will say that the staff was great!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jacqueline P.San Francisco, CA05Feb 7, 2024
Awful, disappointing, in absolute disbelief of all the positive reviews on this place. The salsa had a heavy taste of grease and lard, the steaks we ordered medium rare were gray and barely even cooked, the beans were dry and rice undercooked and stale. The moscow mules we ordered tasted nothing like ginger, the presentation was so flat and uninteresting, it truly demonstrated the lack of thought and effort, and it really just tasted like half a shot of vodka diluted with seltzer water. The quality of the food was point blank terrible. I honestly wish I'd stayed home and eaten a ham and cheese sandwich. It would've been top tier in comparison.
In regard to the service, the servers seemed like they just didn't care. I asked for a water refill, the server never got it to us. The environment was so unwelcoming that half the party wanted to leave right after we got our orders in. I really regret not listening to them. Whoever was supervising last night gave us so many glares and made us feel unwanted. It was all just a bad vibe, I think we had more fun replacing the tire on my car that went flat driving here because of how crap the roads in the area are. Just a terrible experience. Even a run down shop like Los Gallitos have done better and they don't even have waiters/servers.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Estefania L.West Central Westminster, Westminster, CO021Nov 18, 2023
I was very excited trying this mexican restaurant but it was a very bad experience. Menu was extremely boring and same as usual -americanized mexican restaurants; not authentic at all. We still wanted to give it a try (huge mistake). Our waiter was probably new and didn't know the basic "customer service", he was so distracted he forgot our drinks (and there were barely any people at the place). The hostess that received us was in a very bad mood, making angry faces and for sure not wanting to work that day. The restaurant ambiance wasn't welcoming.
We only order a queso fundido and after we got it we ask for the check not wanting to try anything else. The table in front of us had to call the manager because their soup tasted like "sock water". No, thank you.
Very disappointed; horrible place and absolutely terrible customer service from all the workers we encountered in that restaurant.
Save your money. Save your time.
Bartender made great Micheladas but, we won't be back.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 8, 2023
The salsa here is so flavorful I could almost fill up on that. It's very fresh, and very chunky, which I appreciate on an empty stomach needing some sustenance.
I had the super burro, 1/2 beef and 1/2 bean. It has enough flavor, although I did add chalula. It was big enough to eat half (with the chips) and save the other half for the next day. It was just as good leftover. This is the first time I have ever ordered a burrito at a restaurant and I was very happy with it!
The service was prompt and everyone was so attentive and friendly during lunch rush hour.
The atmosphere was inviting, colorful, with salsa music playing - likely what you'd expect at most American-Mexican restaurants.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Marie W.Sedona, AZ02415Apr 11, 2024
Last nights dinner was the best service and food while being in Denver. Ricky was the best waitress/helper I have ever had the pleasure of being around. There were 23 of us and she was on top of everything. How she got everything put the way she did was very very impressive. Food was excellent and our sopapillas were complimentary!

Food poisoning and bad service :( the ambiance is nice, but be ready to pay the price.

We stopped to have dinner with family from out of town and were pleasantly surprised with how quickly our large party was greeted, seated and our drink order taken. The food was served promptly and was hot and delicious. The service was friendly and quick and the friendly owner stopped by our table to check on our meal and thank us for coming in. It was a really nice dinner - I had the chicken chimichanga and loved the extra hot green chile with it. Too full for dessert but would like to try that next time!

I was extremely disappointed with the menu, both the drinks and the food. The service was a 3/10; the waiter was very uninterested in what he was doing and didn't talk about the menu nor made any recommendations. The ambiance was also very mid. I had high hopes given the reviews I read prior to coming but they were all very misleading lol. Ive been struggling to find a good Mexican restaurant with a nice and modern ambiance and savory/authentic food since I moved to Colorado. If you're craving Mexican food, I recommend either Adelitas on Broadway or Kike's Red Tacos on 38th Ave. (Im Mexican with very picky taste and I always leave super happy and satisfied with these 2 spots, so trust ). Don't waste your time or your bucks here, it's really not worth it unless you want to leave unsatisfied and disappointed.

Los Arcos is always a delight! They have a great menu and friendly service. The food is full of flavor and is delicious every time we visit. We have always enjoyed the tacos, tostadas, burritos, rellenos, and accompanying sides. They always seem busy but have ample seating in the large, comfortable dining rooms.
