I love camping at Los Alamos. It's a great place to stay overnight if you are spending the weekend at Lake Pyramid.
What they do have:
- 93 campsites with pull throughs for boats and jet skis.
- running water
- bathrooms
- firepits
- firewood for sale on premises
- Trash Dump Sites
- pets allowed
What they don't have:
- Showers
- RV hook ups
It's a great place to spend a night either before or after using the lake. Campers get priority into the lake, but must line up by 6:15 AM. Great if you want glassy water.
Tips: Bring camping gear. They also charge per car, so limit the # of vehicles.
